Slater and Gordon Lawyers - Liverpool Reviews 

I have had a claim with Slater & Gordon that lasted 3 years. My first solicitor was Sadia Massood, then Ellie Andrews and finally Sean Rimmer with assistance from Carla Daley. Each time the change was faultless and I was constantly kept up to date with the claims progress and what happens next and given time frames to expect. A positive outcome was achieved and I cannot fault or thank enough Slater & Gordon solicitors.

I was involved in a no fault RTA on 2/1/2020. Slater and Gordon were the solicitors used by my insurance. I am so disappointed with this company. The Communication has been poor and the significant delay with resolving my case continues. Six years has passed with no resolution. I have made two formal complaints which have been upheld. I have had several changes in persons responsible for my case. They initially start off by making some progress and then history repeats it's self again. Poor communication, delays and unprofessionalism.
I have today emailed their client care and awaiting a response.

Slater & Gordon have been really easy to deal with, and got a positive result on a claim.

I must say apart from the involvement of Amanda Kid in the last 4 days the whole process has been an absolute shambles.

I could comfortably rate Amanda 11/10. The previous case handler -10/10

Early days but appeared simple so far

Graham Lucas who dealt with my case in its later stages was very professional and helped to resolve and finalise my case to a solution that I was very happy with

I had a fantastic experience.
I had an accident with my bike, and the other party didn't want to admit liability.

The whole process took around one and a half years.
David, one of the legal advisors, followed me from the beginning to the end, giving me suggestions along the way.

The other part eventually accepted our offer.

Am an existing client. Called 5 times to speak to case handler, phone just rings so left messages.... no response i then left message on website. No response to this either. What an organisations !! Nobody seems to work there. Maybe place my case with a professional company instead of slater gordon.

As at today, Nov 4th no telephone call at all from this incompetent company. Have now received an email from my case handler telling me they will no longer b acting on my behalf ? I assume this is due to my review on trustpilot. It appears they can't deal with criticism even when it's deserved . And they can't even speak to their clients. Hopeless, time wasting exercise even to consider using Slater gordon who's work ethic highlights everything that's going wrong in the UK. Steer clear of these people

Have now been asked for additional info? Called 5 times on 3 different numbers - No response. Left messages -No response. Left message on their website -No response. Now received email from my handler who refuses to speak to me, telling me Slater and Gordon will no longer deal with my claim !!! All I wanted to do was speak to their employee

After working with Sally Raeburn of Slater and Gordon Lawyers for the past 7 years following a life changing motorcycle accident I cannot thank her enough.
It was a complex case but Sally made sure I was involved with every decision, taking the time to explain all the legal twists and turns.
I was always amazed at Sally's attention to detail and her encyclopedic memory of all the meetings, case notes and names of all those involved leaving me feeling confident that no stone was being left unturned.

Jenniffer Brunt dealt with my divorce. She was very quick at dealing with things and responding to emails, which is important to me, and explained the different steps in the process clearly. Also friendly, and listened to what I really wanted rather than giving me generic advice.

Great service and I would use again. Well I won't, because I'm never getting married again that's for sure, but you get the idea.

This company is a disgrace to its profession.
I have had a case going on since October2022, during this time I have had several case handlers and each time they change I am assured that they will pursue the claim and get back to me in each scenario no one has returned that call.
When you try and contact your case handler on the phone numbers provided
The phone number message is that it's an incorrect number.
When you ho through on their hand line number you can never get to speak to anyone as it's diverted to recorded message telling to contact them on their website.

I cant thank Karisha Young enough for settling my claim quickly and efficiently.

Karisha kept me updated throughout the post settlement stage of my claim and I received my compensation within 7 days of my claim being settled.

A slow start but then Hannah Brentland who was professional and caring at all times moved our claim along. Good communication and updates and very pleased with the outcome.

I chose Slater and Gordon because I had seen good reviews when I was searching for a solicitor. I have to say I am very pleased with my experience with them, especially Lauren Landry who helped us throughout. I would recommend this firm to anyone. Their professionalism, integrity and understanding when dealing with emotional cases, really impressed me, especially Lauren. She was wonderful.
