We wanted a memory foam mattress and chose sleep and snooze because of the depth. It was delivered on time and the delivery team were polite. It has gone on our spare bed, so not tried it yet!

We had waited weeks for the divan to be delivered on the 16th of May and when it finally arrived, sadly, it was wet and damaged! We were clearly not impressed. We emailed the Company, Sleep and Snooze who are a subsidiary of Dreams, as they did not have a contact telephone number!!! (Not good enough for Faulty Items). 24 Hours later and still no reply!! Now I have a faulty divan, sat in the kitchen/diner and we have guests arriving for the day for the Jubilee - where am I supposed to store this divan!!!!. As we learnt that Sleep and Snooze were owned by Dreams, we instead, rang Dreams and spoke with Leah on the 17th of May at 15.14pm, who advised us that there is a 5 day turn around to reply to e-mails, which when a faulty item is received, is simply not good enough, it should be immediate!!! Our old divan was being collected the following day, leaving us with just a mattress. I was informed that a collection would be made on Thurs the 26th of May (yesterday) and that we would receive a confirmation email the day before and a text/telephone call on the day to confirm a 2 hour window collection slot. We waited in all day, taking time off work and NO ONE came!!! We even sent a text to the number who contacted us last time, to confirm the 2 hour delivery, with no response. Furthermore, we are now having to wait until mid June for a replacement divan. We are absolutely furious as you can imagine, we have had to put up with the divan in the Kitchen Diner, since the 16th of May as we are unable to store it elsewhere. Dreams - can you get this faulty bed collected ASAP and before Wed the 1st of June please. You have our e-mail and contact telephone numbers and we would appreciated a speedy response.

Reply to your response - the divan needs to be collected prior to Wednesday next week. It needs to be collected Mon or Tues at the latest.

Delivered on time. Bed assembled in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. Very happy with the service.

Delivered as advertised, good product, easy to build

Bed frame and mattress were delivered on time and with care. Delivery person Dennis was very friendly and gave pointers about assembling the frame and airing the mattress. The frame was relatively easy to assemble and is sturdy. My teenage son loves it and says the mattress is very comfortable. Very good value for money. I would buy from here again definitely and would recommend.

Well everything seems to be perfect until our bed delivered and the guys assembled and left. As the guys left the supporting sticks under the mattress fall down one by one. I tried to fix by myself with no luck. The positive thing I chat with the company customer service and they response positively and tell me they will send the sticks again but after a week. Pity can't use the bed for one week hope they will send that on time.
Bottom line mattress looks great but the frame looks absolutely rubbish at the moment.
I want to add today as per promise they have sent the guys who fixed the bed for me now it's really looks good. Also the company refund 50 pounds to me. Great professionalism. Thanks alot Peter for settling the things. Really appreciated.

Really happy with the bed for the price. It's in my sons room and looks really good, the pull out bed is great as it goes level with the main bed. My parents slept over on the weekend and said it was really comfy.

Very quick delivery from time of order.
Kept in touch with me re. time slots etc for delivery.
Friendly delivery men took the mattress upstairs and explained returns procedure if I wasn’t happy with the product.
