Very good sofa bed and fitting team was great

Beautiful bedframe sturdy and easy to put together. Support leg too short, sent email sent me a new one straight away, excellent customer service. Screw for support leg could be longer.

I ordered a Donaldson single bed frame which arrived very promptly, and was really nice but was sadly about 1cm too long for my space. It was a lovely little bed. The description did say to allow a few mm extra for all bed measurements, but we hadn't realised quite how wonky our wall was, so it really wouldnt fit. In the end we decided to return the bed. Sleep & Snooze were great. Arranged hassle-free pick up and immediate refund. Would have loved to get another bed from them, but they are all too big!

I bought a tv bed this week and was very impressed with the speed of delivery, easy to assemble and the bed itself is lovely…. However, the tv that comes with it is the opposite. Where it is not a brand, very difficult to connect a remote and the remote it is supplied with is badly made where the buttons don’t work properly. The picture is not great or sound quality. I’ve had to now buy a brand smart tv but very disappointed that all that was offered to me through customer services was a straight swap with what I already had. The bed itself I highly recommend, just be mindful you’ll need to buy another television.

Prompt delivery by charming delivery men. I wish, however, that I had asked them to carry the carton upstairs as it was very heavy. The sofa took (two of us) about half an hour to put together. The instructions were very straightforward but involved a lot of bolt tightening. The product looks very stylish and is reasonably comfortable - suitable for occasional sitting and sleeping. Perfect for our needs in the spare bedroom.

Simple ordering service online. Delivery was done on time. Sofa bed installation was done respectfully and quickly by the excellent John and Dave. Couldn't have asked for a better service . Plus the sofa bed is perfect for my small room. It's a firm- cushioned affair and will be perfect with a mattress-topper for sleeping. Lovely colour and material too.

The buying process was easy. I got a quick reply from them with all the answers to my questions. After the purchase, I got updates on the delivery and they delivered as expected. The bed itself is also great value for money. I had one from another website and had to return it due to quality issues. With S&S I am happy. I will be recommending them especially when they have sales as the prices are really affordable and the quality exceeded my expectations.

The bed is gorgeous, it is more red then advertised, but I honestly think it’s stunning. The delivery men where lovely as well, super friendly and helpful.
