Not very happy overall
Not very happy overall. I did get a good price for the mattresses but then the delivery just kept on getting rescheduled over and over again... Ended up coming 6+ weeks late

Absolutely love my bed!
Absolutely love my bed!
I love the minimal look/colour etc and it doesn’t take up too much space in my room.
The only minus is the smell after it was taken out of the packing. I’ve used an odour eliminator several times but the smell is still lingering but very lightly hopefully this will completely disappear soon (happy for any tips).

The bed really smells of fish
The bed really smells of fish. We have gone away and will see what it’s like when we get back but honestly I would be dubious about purchasing from here again. The delivery and communication was great though.

Bed with pullout bed
The bed arrived without delay but the people removing the old bed and delivering the new took no care with the walls or paintwork.

Communication with sleep & snooze was great. Easy to arrange a specific day for delivery. Delivery drivers were polite, friendly and helpful. 13 year old son LOVES his new double ottoman bed. Ordered three beds
Ordered three beds, once built they were great quality. There was one manufacturing defect identified during my build, upon 3 days from me contacting them about the issue, they delivered and assembled a whole brand new bed for me and took away all waste. Couldn’t ask for better customer service
