Quick delivery. Super polite and helpful delivery driver, who delivered on the hottest day in July. The bed frame is perfect. Easy to assemble and looks great!

Rude delivery drivers

I had an exchange for a faulty product and when delivered, the delivery men were very rude and unprofessional, hopefully this company can give better training to staff on how to deal with customers.

Fantastic service

Ordered the Sleepeezee Natural Divine…

Ordered the Sleepeezee Natural Divine 2000 Mattress (double) in the sale for under £500.

Excellent service (courtesy call before the delivery slot etc and delivery on time) the delivery people placed the mattress where I needed it in the flat.

Happy, would use this company again, thanks for great service and excellent matress.

Happy with purchase. Not with smell

Happy with purchase. Bed frame seems sturdy enough
Delivery on time. Friendly guys who built the bed and took away old one
……. But there’s a Horrible smell of fish which I know happens with the wrapping they are kept in but normally gone in a day or two. Week later and it still smells really bad

Don't waste your time paying for assembly

I ordered an ottoman bed and paid £45 for it to be assembled. When the delivery turned up, the drivers knew nothing about the assembly and said it wasn't a service that the offered for £45, instead showing me a breakdown of Dreams prices (as Dreams have bought the company), although £45 is indeed the price stated on the Sleep and Snooze website, they wouldnt hear of it and said I need to call customer services. I checked my email and I wasn't given a breakdown of the prices so couldn't prove that I had paid for assembly and I wasn't given any form of invoice on delivery either. Would love to know where that £45 went as I then had to pay out for someone else to fit the bed together. Not a good experience at all and wouldn't order from here again.

Excellent service…

Excellent service with 2 very friendly staff members who delivered and assembled the bed in no time and cleared up after!
I was kept fully informed of delivery dates and times from the minute I ordered.
The bed looks stunning in its new home.

Would rate no stars if I could.

We had the bed/mattress delivered about a month after we paid for it. Thankfully we had kept the existing mattress as the bed was faulty. Even though we paid for the mattress to be removed. You have to pack up the old bed base/ mattress in order for it to be removed. I contacted customer service which took 3 days for a reply. To be told a new bed would then take 2 weeks. Even though the bed they had given us was faulty. We had to sleep on our old mattress on the floor for 2wks. When the bed turned up as a gesture of goodwill they were supposed to put it all together. They did minus our headboard & plus a stain on our divan which they covered by the mattress.
I also split my finger open checking for faults with the new divan as the staples were still intact.

Yes I spoke to you earlier, but I'm still not happy with your customer service. I think sleeping on my floor for two weeks & cutting open my finger on the staples made the whole buying experience extremely disappointing. In addition the headboard as a gesture of goodwill was not put on my new bed. Also have a stain on the divan.

Brilliant service and excellent…

Brilliant service and excellent company!
I was continually kept up to date and Kevyn and Thomas were absolute gents! They were so respectful, the first guys to wear over shoes to protect my new carpets!
They made a lovely job of putting my new bed together which is gorgeous and I would highly recommend both of them for their professionalism, skill and hard working ethic!

A Postive experience

No telephone call…delivery arrived 30 minutes into the
delivery slot…we had put the old mattress outside….by the time we opened the door that had been put on to the van …the guys thanked us for that….they carried the new mattress up to the bedroom and removed the packaging in minutes….they were cheerfull and polite
throughout and thoughtfully removed their footwear…a very positive experience on our part…Well done them.

Poor management

Order was made 5 weeks ago and money taken from account- to be fair, the site said 4 to 5 week delivery.
Received an email at week4, apologising that they realised I had not been assigned a delivery slot, this was rectified.
I had a text earlier in the week confirming the delivery date, I had an email 2days before the due delivery date, again confirming the delivery. I then received another email a few hours later and a voicemail stating the item was no longer available.
I personally think that although my money was taken the order was then overlooked, hence the initial email and then stock sold and too late they realised there was no stock left. As they are affiliated with Dreams, I was very happy and had full confidence in the store as had recently had an excellent experience with Dreams. On requesting a full refund, I was told to expect a wait of up to 8days! - so it would be up to a 6 weeks period and nothing to show for it. Poor management.
