Excellent customer service. The delivery drivers were very helpful and carried the boxes up to the 3rd floor. The bed is lovely and very well made, easy to put together, and couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. Would definitely recommend and buy again. Thank you!

Bought a double bed and mattress for our 16 yr old son. He loves it! ‘Industrial look’, cool for a boys room. Mattress very comfy. Bed was easy to assemble with the clear instructions.
Delivery exactly as promised and clear communication. Very good value for money.

Could be quicker to respond to problems
Bought a sofa bed which although seemed good quality was impossible to assemble correctly due to a faulty thread insert.
I understand things go wrong sometimes but I could not get a response from them initially until i came on here which achieved the desired result.

Excellent experience both product and delivery
Jamie and Reece were fantastic putting our bed together and showing us how to use the Ottoman feature. We have brand new carpets so very much appreciated them wearing shoe covers as standard. Very friendly and efficient service and would recommend the company in general. The bed is gorgeous too!
