What a poor experience

What a poor experience. First device was never mailed and they blamed it on Amazon week. Next device was also not delivered until my wife asked Sleep DR where the device was. Again not mailed. Got the device and it failed to function. Ordered another, this time it worked. Appointment scheduled for Tuesday August 5th at 5:30PM. No one signed on to meet. Sleep Dr called the attending Physician and no one answered. Then got a text saying they were not able to make the appointment. Now for a retry. Go someplace else.

I received my shipment sooner than…

I received my shipment sooner than expected. The process was simple. Sleeping with the watch pat was a breeze. Setup was easy. I received my results within 48 hours of completing my sleep study. Customer service was easy to connect with, knowledgeable and friendly.

Person on the other end of the line goes out of her way to help you and, makes you realize you're dealing with a Pro human being. Someone with kindness , who builds bridges and , never gives up helping you until achieving your goal. I call it 100% customer satisfaction.

This is the WORST experience of all…

This is the WORST experience of all time! I spend over $1200 for a CPAP Machine. The strap broke after 3 days. The pillows did not fit. I was asked multiple time to send pictures of the broken items before they would even think about a replacement. I will report the to the BBB and any organization that will listen to me.

Great Overall Experience

Very easy to order, fast delivery, and home test was easily accomplished with simple to follow instructions. Also, customer service promptly answered any questions I had.

Exceptional service

They went above and beyond with my order. I ordered a sleep apnea test. I needed it by a certain date. I highly recommend ordering your products from this company.

Go somewhere else they cannot do their job correctly. Blame the customer for their inadequacies. I am now going to start litigation against them. The CEO is a piece of shit.

A Godsend

My goodness! If you suspect you have sleep apnea, Sleep Doctor is the place to go! They send your sleep study items quickly and schedule your consult for treatment. I’m only on night 1 of CPAP use and I already feel SOOO much calmer. I originally got my sleep study done do to resistant hypertension. My doctor suspected sleep apnea, and sure enough, I had severe sleep apnea. The sleep study showed I had 38 breathing events per hour- my first night using a CPAP, I got it down to 5! Checked my BP after using the CPAP, I got it down to 125/72. A few weeks ago it was hovering around 160/90 while on 3 different BP meds, regular excises and a good diet. I really cannot thank Sleep Doctor enough. It’s changed my life. I also love my respiratory therapist- she’s great. Overall, 10/10. You have to give them a try if you suspect sleep apnea. It’ll change your life.

Disastrous supportI

I took the sleep test and they diagnosed sleep apnea and I ordered equipment. They guessed at the mask and the size. There was no size guide included as resmed said there would bev in the instructions. When it did not work they just pointed me to several FAQs which were no help. I feel abandoned after spending lots of money that has so far not given me one minute’s sleep. Run from these people and pay up for someone who will actually help you.

Was supposed to be buying a bypap was sent apap instead contacted customer service they told me apap was what my provider prescribed I told them thier dr was the one I spoke with not help not good representative for this company I will not use them again

Sleep Doctor makes the experience amazing, simple and caring.

Sleep Doctor makes the experience educational and easy to manage; unlike the present medical system nationwide. It is much more cost effective than involving oneself in a 10-month or 13-month medical rental while you go through demoralizing one-month and three-month checkups to see if you're "using the CPAP machine properly and thoroughly."
