Game changing!

Great so far - really easy to switch to and I loved having a free trial as I live and work in a tricky area. Much better value than others I looked at and signal has been perfect.

So easy to set up

So easy to set up! Wish I had done it sooner! Only wanted another number so I could set up business what’s app for my business. So glad I’ve done it; really easy and doesn’t rinse my data either!! 🤍

So far so good.

Quick and easy. Straightforward product flow, nice and easy to get going. Quickly handled my number import. Piggybacking on a great network with much better UI/UX and price.

5 stars if it worked all the time

Honest review, good, fast reliable speeds, great call quality using the VOLTE2, prices seem very competitive for what you get.
- Reason for 1 star review is that it will work fine until I get home from work immediately get no service and restarting phone sorts the issue for 5 minutes then no service again. It is unusable when like this, slice gave me a temp sim to sort the issue as they thought it was due to porting my number over but the sim they gave e has done the exact same thing. So I will not be continuing my trial until the issues are sorted

Would be 5 stars if it worked

it's been working not

it's been working okay'ish, cover in the west mids is absolutely c*ap
ABROAD, it says on capital letter that it will work in europe 25/30gb free to use... i'm in spain with 2 phones on me and 0 internet + 60£ spend on slice - not happy at all with this service

No SMS or iMessages

I thought I was going to love it but no. I lost all SMS ability I couldn’t log in to banking, pay bills, long into work apps because I didn’t have 2FA. Slice’s solution, we’ll need to chat with an engineer next week. Nope. See ya.

We’re really sorry we let you down. Unfortunately it took us longer than we wanted to pinpoint the source of the problem. We've now managed to isolate it to a specific carrier who were not routing sms correctly after porting. We've been in touch with them and worked together to resolve it. We are learning all the time and appreciate that we didn't deliver the solution in time for you.

Great network, pricing and values it’s customers

The signal, coverage and speed quality are brilliant so far. I’m getting double the data allowance from my previous network for the same price. The cash back offer is great for loyalty.
The app and community board is great and the Slice team are very responsive to sorting out queries, seeking feedback for improvements and technical difficulties. A few creases being actively ironed out in the early stages of this network but I have a very positive impression so far!

Slice is a new MVNO on EE

Slice is a new MVNO on EE, which is eSIM only.

The coverage is great in the areas that I need it most.

It’s also great to be in at the start of a new mobile network here in the UK

Very happy so far!

Great service so far and loved the 7 day free trial. Only downgraded a star due to a few features missing; WiFi calling and WiFi on the London Underground but from the community forum they are working on it!

I saw from another recent review one user saying iMessage doesn’t work on Apple devices, but I’ve had no problem. Just had to turn iMessage on and off which is pretty standard when changing SIM’s. Especially when going to an eSIM. Very fast data speeds (same as EE’s) and great 5G coverage so far.

As an early adopter, I’m really happy with Slice so far! I’m excited for new features to get added (which I do hope is soon as I rely on WiFi calling quite a lot) but happy so far!

Great new mobile provider

Great new mobile provider with generous EU roaming allowance and cash back on top ups. So far so good. Would definitely recommend.

Not bad fast speed but lacks features

Not a bad start. There’s still some teething issues but the speeds are fast. They just lack things other networks have like wifi calling and call forwarding and you can’t use imessage if you’re an Apple user.

Editing to 2 stars as not fixed and it is below 3 stars. If iMessage worked it would be 3 stars. If WiFi calling and call forwarding worked it would be 4 and if visual voicemail it would be 5 stars.

- Edit 24/10/2024 - Upgraded to 3 stars now that iMessage is now working!
