In my entire life I have never received the ethical service I got from Smaart recruitment. Absolutely phenomenal service from Scott Robertson and I would ever be honoured to receive this level of service again.

SMAART recruitment has been absolutely great experience for me. A fantastic recruitment agency that has put a huge emphasis on their candidates and bringing their values to life.
My experience with them has been wonderful. Scott Robertson did an awesome job with the follow ups of my resume and gave me an incredible journey and insights about the roles. He has also followed up with my application and did a good job with following up with it in a quick manner. Will McPhee did great job by guiding me through the entire process of my application from the beginning. He is very professional and gave me a very good insight into the sales consultant role that I really wanted to join. He was helpful and took me through each step of of the way and followed up with me since the day I went to Smaart recruitment. Impressive job from Smaart agency and both these guys.

Emily was an absolute star! Such a warm and welcoming person! She got me interviews in a matter of minutes for jobs that matched what I wanted perfectly and within 24 hours of seeing her I had landed a job. She went above and beyond what i expected; even took time out of her evenings after her work hours to help me practice for the interviews. She completely took away the stress of finding a job and actually made it a pleasant experience! I will be recommending her to my friends happily!
