Smaart are an excellent recruitment company. They came recommended by a friend and really helped me out, as I had just moved to Melbourne and had no job. As soon as I sent them my cv they got back to me really quickly and I was invited to an interview. Stephanie Freeman got me placed in a temp position that was originally 1 month and now has turned into 6 month contract. Steph has been great with checking in all the time to see how things are going. Smaart are super professional and very responsive and I would highly recommend them.

There are plenty of recruitment companies available for people and I've worked through various companies however in all honesty, for me SMAART, was absolutely my best experience. Stephanie made the entire employment journey seamless for me. She touched based regularly and it was unexpected but that's really what made the difference for myself. The agency itself is honest and full of integrity. You will know that once you walk through the doors to your very first interview. I'm very happy with my employer and perhaps I owe it to SMAART for having the vision of actually seeing me fit into the role I am currently in. It's always a nervous feeling not knowing who your employer is or what expectations they have and in saying that, my initial interview with SMAART prepared me for what was to come from start to finish. Smaart Recruitment is my kind of recruitment agency! After a painless interview I feel like they really understood my strengths and where I could succeed. I was immediately assigned to a two week temporary position which turned into a full-time role!

Great recruitment to go through!

I had signed up with lots of recruitment agencies and waited over a month without hearing anything.
Eventually I noticed a job advertised through SMAART.
Bobby got back to me promptly and was very friendly.
I met up with him the following week and had an interview the next day.
He was very helpful and prepared me for the interview and what to expect.
He then contacted me the evening of my interview to let me know I had the job. After all that waiting I finally got somewhere thanks to Bobby and SMAART. Even after getting the position he has kept in contact and managed to find my friend a job which she has been in for months and really enjoys also.
