A great experience with Smalley hot tubs - I have never had a hot tub before and moved in to a property with one. Chris came on schedule to recommission, was extremely thorough, explained how it all worked and gave me a good insight into how to maintain it. Excellent service, thank you. 😊

We contacted Smalleys regarding an issue we were having with our hot tub .. not only did we get informed and helpful information over the phone, they came out super quick to replace the pump and advised on general care and future servicing (updating some bad advice we had been given from a previous service!) we highly recommend this company and will be using them from now on! Thank you! 🤩

We have been using eco 3spa products for a while now and I can honestly say they are great !! We have no irritations and the water stays beautifully clear !! The aromatherapy crystals smell wonderful🥰 and it lasts too !! The filters seem to stay a lot cleaner as well . Great product all round 😆😀

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. I purchased eco3spa kit on the recommendation of the owners, as wanted to move away from chlorine. We followed every single step of the kit, to clean, sanitise and prep for the new water. I asked the owner on how often to change the filter and was advised weekly, which now I know is wrong information, as then 3 weeks later they advised daily not good !! My water in my lazy spa Maldives is now completely contaminated, after following every instruction to add granules weekly and before every use. We shower prior to each dip only using once a week, our swimwear is washed in water only no make up and no fake tan is used, I contacted them on several occasions and they advise to change the water after 3 weeks !!! which would mean spending another £90 on another kit and the cost of water change I asked for a refund of which they denied considering as was their mistake I asked as a goodwill gesture if could send me another box to empty water and try again, they denied. Considering I have been following this couple since lockdown, their customer service is appalling. DO NOT BUY THE ECO3SPA KIT & avoid these people as they give out wrong information. They would rather lose customers than try to resolve the situation, joke of a company ! You know if a company is good if willing to resolve when things go bad but these people do not help when things go wrong stay away !!

Excellent service from a company who were knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and helpful - rather than just try to sell us a new tub which was all every other company we tried wanted to do Chris put immense effort into successfully bringing our old tub back to life. After 2 years of frustration elsewhere we are do glad we found Smalleys and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Mspa fobbed me off because they didn't want to mend my out of warranty hot tub. Messaged Smalley hot tub service's and explained my dilemma to which they replied that they could help with. Sent my unit to them to have a look and diagnose which they did and sent me a quote to do the job. Recieved it back in double quick time and at a reasonable price for doing the job.

The level of service supplied from start to finish. Having ventured into the world of inflatable hot tubs during Covid, we were very disappointed to have issues not many months after purchase. The Smalley's, then at their Gosport home, had the unit couriered too and fro, resolved the issue and then resolved a further issue later on that could of had serious consequences. It was also good to be able to talk to them.

These guys are amazing, they could not be more helpful, always call you back when they say they will.
Lovely people to deal with, very knowledgeable and competently priced.
What more could you possibly want. 👍

I have used this company for repairs and advice. Justine and Chris have excellent communication with customers and their very good at what they do. I will not go anywhere else, I highly recommend Smalley hot tub services without doubt.

Repair prices are very affordable and online advice/information is free!

Chris had done some excellent work for us in Hampshire before moving to their new home. Having left the Royal Navy as an experienced Artificer it was nice to see Chris upholding the Professionalism and “will do” attitude of the RN Artificer. His engineering skills and a willingness to get the job done at a cost that wouldn’t break the customer’s bank has to be admired. With their move I thought we had lost his skills. However when I had a need Chris and Justine managed to fit us in with other jobs being done down south. When I needed some new jets Justine trawled around for replacements for a make of tub that they didn’t usually work with. Excellent service from both members of this highly versatile team.
