Chris went above and beyond is helping me with my hot tub. He came to my house to plan the installation route, helped me set up the tub and was great to deal with. I have recommended him to a friend and will do so to others.

So pleased I ordered from Smalley Hot Tub. From the moment I ordered they couldn't have been more helpful, always on hand to answer any questions. Chris came round for a pre visit and went through everything. He kept me up to date with delivery information throughout the process and was here well in advance to take delivery which all went really smoothly. He set everything up & then went through everything we needed to know. Truly fantastic service. Would highly recommend using Smalley Hot Tubs if you are going to invest in a tub. I sent my motor off to be be repaired, A1+++++ service, they arranged pick up and return , all fixed within a week, great prices, excellent communication, very happy with this company.

Chris and Justine are so down to earth and are happy to give you advice and guidance via Facebook and their website chat. Responses to questions are pretty much immediate. Their chemicals and products are great and competitively priced as are all of their other products. Highly recommend!
