Lost package refunded right away
The products that I ordered were sent via the USPS which, for some reason, has trouble delivering to my address even though FedEx, UPS, DHL, and local courier services never have any trouble. Once Smallflower found out that my package had gone missing they sent me a duplicate order right away. Because of their quick response time I'll be sure to order from them again.

First time buying from Smallflower and they were awesome. Super easy to purchase online and the best part was my shipping cost was SUPER cheap and I got my products with in 4 days and that was from NY to Ca. I'm very impressed with Smallflower. I will definitely be buying from them again. Oh and before I forget the same day I placed my purchase order I got an email saying my product was out for shipping. Same day turn around is the BEST!

Good selection of products from all over the world.
First time delivery of purchase was on time . Second time it was late. Overall I am very happy customer with smallflower. The other issue is online requested for forgoten password. Everytime web support just send me an email to go to your account and reset. I tried many times no resolution. Now i am ordering my purchases as guest. Nice packing of goods.
