Very informative

Very informative. Listens to specific instructions regarding time for appointment. Keeps us in touch with parts ordered and when to expect repair.
Katherine Hayes very helpful, even with a very bad phone line, she rang me back. Still a very bad line, so maybe just a fluke today.

WASHINGTON MACHINE REPAIR SAMSUNG

I had a very positive experience with Smart Cover when dealing with my washing machine breakdown. The process was handled efficiently from start to finish, and everything was clearly explained.

David was really helpful in advising me when I would get my policy documents via email resent as I had misplaced the original policy information. He also helped to get my boiler service appointment request activated. Thank you for your great service and understanding.

Buy with confidence!

I have been a customer for few years and I can say the service is great! Claims take few days, etc but that is normal. I have peace of mind that things will get sorted. Katherine Hayes was the staff member who helped us this time around with our washing machine (faulty pump) and Katherine kept us informed of how things were progressing constantly. Thank you!

Good service but hard to get through on a sunday

Excellent service from David Williams who was always patient and helpful. It was not easy to get in touch in a Sunday - the system made you stay in hold for hours and sometimes didn't even allow you to connect. I was also a little surprised at being asked to pay for half of the repair, even though it was less than the £500 cover and did not accept paying for half of the original call out cost given my policy has no excess. The contractor Suresh/Sammy was excellent - punctual and experienced.

Katherine Hayes did a good Job

Katherine Hayes dealt with my claim, she was very efficient and courteous on the phone. My claim went through very quickly once I provided the required information. She was able to answer a query I had regarding one of the claims made , and I received payment within 5 days.
