I have been a customer for few years and I can say the service is great! Claims take few days, etc but that is normal. I have peace of mind that things will get sorted. Good service but hard to get through on a sunday
Excellent service from David Williams who was always patient and helpful. It was not easy to get in touch in a Sunday - the system made you stay in hold for hours and sometimes didn't even allow you to connect. I was also a little surprised at being asked to pay for half of the repair, even though it was less than the £500 cover and did not accept paying for half of the original call out cost given my policy has no excess. The contractor Suresh/Sammy was excellent - punctual and experienced.

Katherine Hayes dealt with my claim, she was very efficient and courteous on the phone. My claim went through very quickly once I provided the required information. She was able to answer a query I had regarding one of the claims made , and I received payment within 5 days.
