I bought a LG G5 55inch off this company because they are a family firm and there prices were the cheapest by far ,ordered it and it was delivered in 4 days and on time,the courier unpacked it and assembled it to its stand and switched it on and set it up, brilliant picture and bright in the daylight also courier took away the packaging all in all a good experience would use again, Michael

I highly recommend that you only use a CREDIT CARD for any purchase made from this company, as you can then invoke Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 if things go "wrong". Section 75 makes the card issuer jointly and severally liable with the supplier if there is a breach of contract or misrepresentation on a credit card purchase, where the cash price is > £100 and < £30,000.
I had to invoke Section 75 with my credit card company because Smart Appliances sold me a "BRAND NEW" top of the range Samsung HWQ990D soundbar which WASN'T brand new, & was delivered covered in finger prints, missing all the protective plastic wrap and in a box they had attempted to reseal... so I refused delivery and took photographs of the issues.
Smart Appliances UK then wanted me (after their delivery driver rang Smart Appliances UK for advice) to sign for said delivery; so I wrote "not accepted" with my initials on their electronic device. The delivery driver "huffed & sighed" when he saw what I had written. However I still tipped both of them for their efforts; but they didn't thank me for the money I tipped them!
The soundbar's carton had MULTIPLE labels stuck on stating check for damage BEFORE signing, & their website and email also stressed making sure all is good BEFORE signing for delivery. I dread to think what would have happened if I was foolish enough to sign to show receipt for something that I was refusing delivery of, and that they then took away with them.
All communications from Smart Appliances stopped at this point, & they didn't reply or acknowledge receipt of my written order cancellation.
Delivery took 11 days.
The price for a NEW soundbar was EXCELLENT.
However it turns out though that the price I paid was "too good to be true", because the item was 2nd hand and not brand new as they claimed.
Yesterday I received a full refund from my credit card company!

Done some homework on retailers and these came up with the best prices, also make us an offer etc , even on top off that, had some small doubts about buying ( for us) an expensive TV 3 hours away , and not on the doorstep , in case off issues etc
Mail order was arranged by sgk , guys physically deliver and unpack your check no damage and it works before leaving, communication very good on carriers and the business them selves despite being Xmas nearly
All up and running, can't fault either retailer or sgk

Although they are a small family run business they punch well above their weight. As they tell you at first please be patient.

TV arrived on time and communication was good
After purchasing the LG G5 65" TV from Smartappliance and having excellent service I decided to purchase an LG 45X950A from them.
Agreed a price that was excellent considering current market value even in the Black Friday sales and service was just as good as the TV with them unboxing the monitor and turning on and giving me time to check it over initially.
For future appliances will certainly be happy to purchase again.
Excellent company to deal with they had the lowest price and even allowed you to put an offer in. The delivery was prompt and efficient. Overall an excellent experience.
The TV was delivered efficiently, however during unpacking 2 items were missing. We quickly contacted Smart Appliances through their chat and explained the situation. We were promptly told that the 2 items would be in the post and be with us tomorrow (Saturday) or Monday. We were pleasantly surprised to have the missing items delivered in the first post the following day.
Very happy with my purchase from Smartappliancesuk. Initially I couldn't use my credit card and the kind person on the other end helped by suggestions and she was very very patient with me.

Excellent product for a good price, with an efficient courier system. Unfortunately, the LG remote did not work, but SmartAppliancesUK responded personally to the problem and sent a replacement so, after a little delay, the brilliant TV is fully functional.
