Helpful with info on best sized box to order. Answered all questions I had about their service well. Very prompt with delivery & pick-up. Can't comment more as have only just started 6 months contract. Only thing I could mention is, if loading bigger items like washing machine or diningroom table yourself, make sure have enough muscle power to push trolley up ramps into the box. Also
to pull down top of outside cover to shut box up for removal. Took two of us to pull the string/rope together to activate the mechanism.

Great company to work with
They did everything they said they would, no hidden gotchyas. All staff I dealt with along the way from there sales guys and SmartBox driver were real helpful and down to earth people. Kudos to the team at SmartBox
