Great service on short notice
After lots of issues with other similar services I was able to book with SmartBox with just 24 hours notice, and they were able to work around my local parking restrictions.
Absolutely stellar service, super responsive communication, friendly staff, managed to fit everything I had into the one unit which was quite large despite being one of the smaller options.
There's not a single bad word I could say about them.

Storage trailer driver punctual and friendly.
Storage trailer arrived well before time and driver Rod unloaded my items for me and promptly took the trailer away. He was friendly and helpful and was unloaded in no time at all.

Really easy and great experience
Really easy and great experience - minimal fuss and lots of help in organising my move.
I am out of the country and had to get a move arranged, Kaylene was great in facilitating with flexible dates to suit all.
Highly recommend. Not as cheap as DIY, but when that’s not available to you, this is the next best thing.

Definitely order larger or extra Smartboxes than estimated. Otherwise great service. Would be handy if boxes could be kept local, or in a yard, but otherwise happy.

I found Smartbox to have competitive pricing, they had great communication throughout the process being professional, friendly and helpful. Our driver was also very helpful and friendly and showed care when he assisted us packing the box. I would recommend this company.
