Quick, easy storage
Smartbox were a quick solution when I had no option but to move out of my apartment at late notice. Their fees were super reasonable (way cheaper than Taxi Box), staff were friendly and helpful and they also accommodated all my needs at last minute when I secured my next apartment and needed my furniture in a short timeframe. Would definitely recommend if you need a quick and easy way to store your furniture in between houses.

Great system for storing stuff
Great system for storing stuff. We used it to get rid of some extra stuff while selling and then got it back after 4 months in time for moving. They were super helpful and very quick to drop off and pick up when we needed it.

A secure Smartbox experience
I've really enjoyed using Smartbox over the last five years or so. I thought I'd be moving sooner rather than later, however, that didn't exactly eventuate. But it has been convenient to call up and be able access my Smartbox when I've needed and wanted to. It's been great. It's been secure. I noticed my locks had been upgraded and I was assisted in getting them removed which was good. I appreciate my Smartbox being looked after.
When I wanted to access my Smartbox earlier this month, I missed my time when I arrived in the afternoon with the van. However, the team at Smartbox let me know I could still access my Smartbox in the morning and still have it count as what it would have been the night before. seeing it should still be there and not packed away from the front. I made the relevant calls and got there the next morning, accessed my Smartbox and was able to pack and move my belongings with timely ease. The team were quite helpful in assisting me with this process. Thank you!

The Smartbox team were AMAZING! From the initial dropping off of the box, to the final drop off/pick up, they were nothing but flexible! They worked with me to find a time that worked best, talked through the box and how best to pack it (was extremely helpful, nothing was broken when it arrived back to us)!
