Smart storage were helpful right from the start. Delivering the box and collecting was simple. The staff were always super helpful when I needed to access the box. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Would benefit from a little automation such as an online booking system for visits and bills payment but other than that an excellent service.

They delivered the storage unit to our home on time and staff were very professional.
When we had moved to our new address it was simple as a phone call and our were delighted to us.
Nothing broken and again the staff were great.

The process was explained to me very clearly by Josh before our things were collected and stored.
When we wanted the contents brought to our new address it went through seamlessly. Richard and Alfred who delivered our furniture and boxes deserve special praise as they were both friendly and professional.

They were very professional, efficient and helpful. The team from the office to the delivery person was great. They communicated well when the storage box was to be delivered and the picked up time.
I would definitely use them again. Their pricing was reasonable.

no hidden cost or fuel levies, a lot cheaper than the competitors, fits in an average driveway. Driver was lovely and experienced in reversing, operations team was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the convenience of carefully packing your personal items with care.

Compared to their competitors Smartbox is a dream. Courteous, reliable, sensible, on time, easy to deal with, they were great across the team…Richard, Josh, John are all good guys.and they gave us a couple of handy tips that made our move super smooth and cost effective…not the cheapest but arguably the best for our needs.

We had a great experience with smartbox, friendly customer service with simple, easy to understand process. We would definitely use them again in future.

The staff are very friendly. The Removalist’s arrived on time, we’re very kind and always checked in with me while they were loading my furniture.
This is the second time I have used this storage facility and they do not disappoint. Highly recommended.

I had my furniture stored for 13 years; when boxes were opened I found they were almost as when they went in; only a table leg was a bit scratched but believe this happened when furniture was delivered not while in storage. I found Smartbox Team responsible for the delivery very professional & would have no hesitation to use them again.

Very efficient, polite and excellent service provided by the two staff members (Mote and Richard). They handled the move perfectly. They came on time and moved everything to my satisfaction.

Friendly service, prompt delivery and assistance with extra storage unit without notice. Staff are are great and the manager John is very friendly and extremely helpful and supportive.
