I stored my belongings with Smartbox while I went travelling around Australia in a campervan with my dog in 2022. From the outset they were the consummate professionals and super friendly to boot.
We’ve returned to sydney and our goods were returned to our front door with a stand out team of young guys that carried my belongings safely up to our new home.
Throughout my experience, every email, phone call and conversation showed the wonderful culture of this company and I would not hesitate to say to you to use them for your storage and moving needs without any hesitation.

I had a great experience with SmartBox
I had a great experience with SmartBox. They delivered when they said they would. On collection, the driveway was quite difficult but Richard went beyond to make sure he was able to get the box in the best possible place. Communication from Josh was very good. I would highly recommend them. A great team.

Competitive prices, smooth experience
Smartbox offer a really convenient service, and are happy to talk you through anything on the phone. Aside from a slightly delayed drop off when the box was first delivered, everything else was really smooth. They have very competitive prices on storage that is larger than other companies. Would recommend!
