I found a Boss Orange frame that I loved and it was super easy to upload my script and order my new glasses. I had to get the frame adjusted at a local optometrist, but other than that, the glasses are perfect. Thank you.

The selection of the frame can be tricky but I now know the general dimensions that suit me. Maybe better if they used AI to figure out the optimum dimensions in addition to the PD. Anyway I really like the glasses, they fit perfectly and I like the style. The order did take a few weeks to arrive.

Site offers web form to enter your own eyeglass RX specifications without submitting an official prescription. That is why I chose them, I do not need a new prescription and do not want to spend money or time on one. After I placed the order and paid, they demanded an RX prescription. Misleading at best, dishonest at worst. They after back and forth, plus an absurd up-sell attempt in the middle, are refunding, but claiming it will take from 24 hours to several days to fully process.

The website was easy to use. The AI chat bot was very helpful and when I needed to escalate to the human, the Customer Service reps were very helpful and quick to respond. The glasses arrived just when I needed them and they fit great and the prescription was spot on. All-in-all it was a great experience and will will most defiantly use them again in the future.
