Yes, I received two pair of glasses. However, I have NOT received the first order, which I returned for replace new pair. I ordered three pairs in total.
I ordered
1. Order ID JP0747825122G, this is my first order and had a deep scratch on the lens. I returned and still waiting for new pair.
2. Order ID JP0749150022GM, I ordered other two pairs and already received.
3. Order ID JP0749665901GE, I believe this the replacement for the first my order of JP0747825122G. The status is still “Prescription lenses processing” for more than 10 days.

I would appreciate if you could follow up the Order ID JP0749665901GE. Also, I paid shipping charge for return and import tax for other two. Please let me know how I should claim the cost.

商品の交換依頼後にレビュー依頼メールを頂いたいので、これまでの顛末を書きたいと思います。
開封後、フレームについては満足でしたが、レンズに深い傷があることに気づきました。対応についてSmartBuyGassesさんに相談したところ、交換か返品とのこと。同じフレームの在庫はあるとのことでしたので、不良品は返送するので在庫分で同じものを作って交換すれば、時間が節約できるとの提案をこちらからしました。残念ながらその提案に対する返事は無く、不良品を返送し、現在交換待ちです。早々に対応頂けると嬉しいのですが。
この先どうなったかも、引き続き報告いたします。(対応によって改めて評価をいたします)

I received an email requesting a review after requesting a replacement for defective glasses, so I would like to write about what has happened so far.
After opening the package, I was satisfied with the frame, but noticed deep scratch on the lens. I talked to SmartBuyGasses about how to handle the situation, and they said that I could exchange or refund the glasses. They said they had the same frame in stock, so I suggested that I send the defective glasses back and they could make a replacement from their stock to save time. Unfortunately, there was no response to that suggestion, and I returned the defective glasses and am currently waiting for a replacement. We would be happy if they could respond as soon as possible.
I will keep you posted on what happens next.(I will re-evaluate depending on the response)

Porsche Design Glasses

I've been loving and using Porsche Design P8145. It was broken but I couldn't find a new one for a long time as it was a discontnued model.
I finally found it at this web shop with the incredible reasonable price. I needed to wait for three weeks to receive it due to the international shipment, but I received the new glasses with the perfect condition. I'm very happy now.
