I ordered glasses on January 8th

I ordered glasses on January 8th, a Lacoste frame at a good price. However, the package hasn't even been sent yet. Support initially said that the item would be in stock by December 20th, but this did not happen. Later, I received an email saying the item would be in stock on the 27th, but this too turned out to be false. The website claims delivery within a couple of weeks. As a result, I was unable to give the gift for Christmas, and as you can see, I won't be able to present it for New Year's either. I am extremely unhappy with missed deadlines and the lack of accurate information. I cannot recommend this service given the missed deadlines.

I love the product!

I love the product!
It is white gold plated and even though I am Asian, it doesn't look too tight on my impression and I use it all the time!

I have purchased from Japan and every time I have purchased from Japan, I have had to pay customs duty.
But they explained that if I showed them the receipt, they would refund me the amount of customs duty.

They have taken good care of me every time!

Good Customer Service and Faster Resolution

I ordered for sunglasses from SmartBuyGlasses japan but just received hard case and there were no sunglasses. But the customer service helped me and delivered me the sunglasses. The service manager was really supportive and followed with me through email and solved the problem.

Good Service, Best Vision

I usually wear contact lenses in my daily life, but during the hay fever season in Japan, I wear glasses.

SmartBuyGlasses makes me very happy because I can get eyeglass frames from overseas products at affordable prices.
In Japan, though, it is common to buy glasses at opticians,
I have no problem at all with the focus of the lenses even with mail order here, and I have learned to adjust the nose pads and temples by myself.

I think I will be able to lead a meaningful life with good vision. Thank you so much. I will use your service again.

Terrible company. Buyer beware!

Terrible company.
Dispatched me defective ray bans and when I requested a refund, they refused to comply. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Buyer beware!

I'll update in response to the below:
In none of my correspondence during the last twelve hours did they mention it would be possible to exchange. They asked for an explanation, I told them the lamination of the lens was the defect and that this was NOT a result of our cleaning. The representative tried to blame the way we cleaned the glasses, ignoring the photo and the information I had provided, whig led me to refuse an exchange and instead pursue a full refund. This response is purely damage limitation on behalf of the company. Note to get a refund, you must make a return with a valid code within seven days...an awfully narrow timeframe, which leads me to suspect they have encountered many claims in the past. Their website only displays favourable reviews, but google will show you many more negative ones. In the past 12 hours I have spoken to a "Andrea" and "clizelle" and another lady and now I am told an "Elveen" is assigned to my case. All fake names, obviously and no one answered the phone on their HK line. Make of it what you will, but I have the evidence here.
