The shop is a joke!
I ordered a pair of glasses 2 weeks ago on June 1st and during order the website had them in stock with 3 business days delivery. After that I received an email about delay to 5 days , and couple of days later the order was delayed again with shipment deadline on June 12th. Now again on June 13th another delay for 5-9 business days.
The email recommended to change to other glasses but everything is out of stock so how the he’ll I am supposed to do so?
This store is absolute joke and bulls**t! If you don’t have items in stock then put proper info on the product page and don’t delay few times without any reason. I still haven’t received my order and probably chargeback my credit card.
If you want to buy glasses find other place!!!

Finding and getting the glasses I…
Finding and getting the glasses I wanted ordered was no problem.
There were a couple models I was considering but their site made it easy to narrow my choices down and get the blue light lenses.
So far the glasses have lived up to my expectations and the quality of their in-brand lenses works well.
My only issue was with the turn-around time as it took about a month to receive the glasses.

The purchased glasses was defected but…
The purchased glasses was defected but could not be replaced with the same item (out of stock). Also, the temple of the replacement was crooked and needed to go to a local shop to get it fixed.

I recommend this shop
I was a bit nervous at first, but everything was great. I needed to wait a little bit longer to receive order, because it was shipped from Hong Kong. The packaging was nice, the product is obviously original and amazing.
I highly recommend Smartbuyglasses Japan. Might purchase from here again.

Really happy with the service
I was nervous about ordering glasses on-line for obvious reasons. I knew what shape gasses I wanted and found the perfect pair. On-line was so much more reasonably priced than in the shop. Also I am happy with the lenses, they are really thin and light so I hardly notice when I have my glasses on. I recommend smartbuyglasses and found the service to be excellent.
