Great experience with Smart Cells
Great experience with Smart Cells. Really easy service to use, their phlebotomist was amazing and super responsive (throughout my whole 30 hours labour!) she came on time for the birth and collected everything needed. Courier came to pick everything up the next day and Smart Cells have been amazing at keeping in touch with how the collection went. Thrilled with the service!

Exceptional service
We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Smart Cells. Our collection was a little more complicated than usual due to our location, but they arranged everything seamlessly. Chloe has been incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all of our questions—from the collection process and payment details to package information. Her support gave us great reassurance, especially as this was our first time using their service. We highly recommend Smart Cells to anyone considering them.

Customer service was very helpful and reassured us that our cord blood samples would be stored safely as we had contamination with another stem cell bank with previous birth.

We had a great experience with the team at Smart Cells. From the beginning we received lot of information on the products offered and had a chance to discuss them with the sales rep. The experience with Ella the phlebotomist on the day our baby was born was also quite smooth and she was very professional in her approach.

Process for Stem cell collection was great and process very smooth
Process for Stem cell collection was very easy and smooth. The collection was well organised, even though we had an unplanned c-section couple of days ahead of the due date. We had to wait for 8 hours between getting to the hospital and going into theatre. The Phlebotomist had to wait almost the entire time in the hospital. Once everything was collected we kept getting massages with all updates until the stem cells were successfully stored. Highly recommend.

The experience was overall good
The experience was overall good. The process was smooth and they answered all our questions. Phlebotomist was available and collected bloods on the day. The one thing we didn’t like was the pick up experience. We thought the kit would picked up right away as it has human specimen we felt it took too long for no reason and it was picked up by a random driver with his private car, so that was a bit weird.
