Excellent Trading Education with Outstanding Support!

"Smart Chart Learn to Trade is a well-structured company. The coaches clearly know exactly what they're doing. Instead of just teaching trading techniques, they focus on the right way to approach market conditions. They emphasise clarity and timing, which I believe are KEY to becoming a successful trader.
The support system is unreal! Their Platform is very easy to use. They run live session every Monday to Friday. There are also regular webinars that really help you to build knowledge, mindset and discipline when approaching different market conditions. Even if you miss the session, you can always watch the recorded later which makes the learning very flexible and accessible.

The team is very supportive of me as a beginner trader.

Great learning experience

The overall learning experience is great, and the recorded sessions help a lot. When it comes for support, you don't have to wait for a long time, they reply quickly within a reasonable time. Even the technical replies quickly. Coach booking (manually) is also easy and reliable. My coaching session is on the dot and when I miss a session my coach is so accomodating to have an extra session to make up for the lost one. Bootcamps and other zoom events are on the dot, links provided etc. I am happy and I am learning and still learning.

Problems with access

I had endless problems trying to complete the online form to access SmartCharts. Dan arranged a Zoom meeting and verified that I had done everything correctly. The issue that prevented me from logging into my account was very quickly resolved. I received great service from Dan and team.

Amazing and helpful service

Warning this will cost you thousands

Warning !!!!! I bought in Learn to trade which was on line for 3 days course then they make you sign up to smart charts for a monthly subscription as a learner it cost me literally thousands for the course and subscription. This will cost you thousands and after the online training I could not log in to any additional training Im now truing to cancel my subscription.

THEY PROMISE A REFUND AND LIED CAREFUL GUYS

Just wanted to warn everyone be careful guys they will suck your money out from that moment you pay No attention if you face any issue you will be dealing with customer service. No one else will help you out customer service are limited never have a full decision to help.My account facing issue from day no one helped me out for 6 months. Everyone you see in the videos promises to help and will be by your side disappears you will be left with customer service with no knowledge and experience to guide or help careful where you put your money guys.

Smart chart team Helped me to resolve my big issue on viewing 2 or 3 screen at the same time. Helped with different strategies. Created an environment that makes me feel free to talk to them. Also to review my trading account and come back to me.
