Excellent training in currency trading.

This training was a 3-day online workshop on currency trading. SmartCharts provided pre-workshop online short videos to cater for complete beginners such as myself, taking students right from the basics through to preparation for using SmartCharts to place online trades by the third day of the workshop.
All the staff and coaches were excellent and explained the charts and trading strategies in great detail. I felt totally reassured by the care they took to make sure everyone understood all the processes. I can see why they have received so many awards for their training programs.
I would highly recommend SmartCharts if you wish to begin trading and/or already have some trading experience.

Great support and top trading platform.

I think this is the top trading platform to enable you to access investing, learning how to trade and understanding the broader mechanics of earning initially a secondary income that can overtake as a primary source of income. Had a few issues recently with my account (my fault) the support team have been amazing in helping resolving this and getting back to trading. Credit to Adelyn thank you.

I am still finding it difficult to get some one help me with the smart chart

The meeting in Birmingham was very educative but after then I expected more before the webinar but to my suprise not much was given. I am positive hope something progressive comes out of it.

USA BUYER BEWARE!!!if you are a…

USA BUYER BEWARE!!!if you are a resident of the USA, this will not work for you. They will not be able to open a trading account that works with their Smart Charts platform. Then they will refuse to issue a refund. I was forced to file a charge dispute with VISA. So far they have issued a partial refund. The dispute is ongoing. ZERO INTEGRITY with smart charts

Decided to cancel my training within…

Decided to cancel my training within the 14 day cooling off period and they have not refunded me. avoid this and avoid their training company.

Edit 31st March 2026 - still no refund - this is possibly the worst company in history please do not give them your time or money. I am now having to refer this matter to county court to get a refund.

This week was the first week I used my trading account and the platform trade suggestion was awful despite the trade was buoyant. Smart Chart was always requesting to trade in the opposite of the market hence a lot money
