My appointment was arranged quickly and there were a range of dates to choose from.
I had a minor issue with the call not coming through (possibly a setting on my phone) but they texted a number for me to call to be put back through and this worked very smoothly with no wait time. I spoke to Lucy who was kind and supportive throughout, asking helpful questions and giving thoughtful suggestions. Her report mirrored our conversation and was written in a way that made me feel listened to, and that my privacy was respected.

After being patient here for 10 years

I got double charged for the same medical certificate that I was there to pick up

All and all, very good experience. Very professional, attentive doctors, well organized support team, and most importantly the results appear to be good so far. There was always someone to answer any doubts before and even after the procedure and they were flexible with scheduling. I would recommend this clinic to my friends.

Lluís made me feel so comfortable about everything in my surgery. He was proactive in getting in contact, responsive to every one of my questions through the chat, and extremely generous with his time.

I am traveling from overseas for my procedure so this is very important to me, and Lluís and SmartClinic made me much more confident in my decision to do my procedure with this team.
