Experance at the dentist
All staff were polite and helpful, I was explained what was going to happen through my procedure which helped me as I'm very nervous when going to the dentist, the staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable.

I've been a patient here for a while and the only good thing is the reception team in particular Melissa
The level of care I've received recently since Dr Chris has left is appalling
Ive been forced to see a "Therapist" Im disappointed at the drop in level of care and feel like all this company wants is more money for basic care
Ive highlighted this on my last appointment to Melissa who I feel is left to carry the burden of this companies unrealistic level of service

A disappointing visit this time
My wife and I have belonged to this practice as NHS patients since 2014 and have seen many changes.
Our most recent visit for basic checkups (April 2026) was rather disappointing.
Despite the dentist recommending that I should have a Scale & Polish on my teeth - something that is included in the NHS Band 1 agreement that I had paid for - I was told by both dentist and reception staff that it was done on a private basis (£60) only.
It would seem that anything beyond the 10 minute checkup is chargeable, even though a scale & polish should be included when required.

Didn't feel like value for money.
Didn't feel like value for money. Nearly £30 for a 10 minute appointment. Almost seemed like it was just to confirm I had a mouth with teeth in there.Advised a scale and polish which would be another appointment costing almost another £50.
