I placed an order for my 13 yo birthday gift Iphone. He was so excited but when we took it to Verizon they said they couldn’t activate - it was locked by owner. Can’t call this company & I don’t speak French - sent phone back after finally getting email. They received it on Nov 21. It is now 12/14 & I have not received my refund! Not to mention I had ordered earbuds & never received those either. They emailed me on 12/8 that they received the phone & would get my refund in a timely manner- ~$200 is a lot to be waiting on!!! Please don’t order it’s just headaches!!!
