The worst experience in my life !! We ordered iPhone 6+ and screen protection in the beginning of September 2019. When I opened the box I saw that screen protection was already damaged! OK, but what about iPhone for 150 euros? The same story! Sometimes when you touched the screen it was OK. iPhone slowly but worked but 95% of the time it was out of work. So I send back iPhone and broken tempered glass screen protection to Smarter Phone and... 2 month of silence! After sending at least 10 mails I received (finally!) iPhone that works (for now) and no screen protection. Stole my time & money. Beware!

I ordered an iPhone 6 for my daughter and I got to return it 2 times ( one not unlocked and another one with screen issue)
Means they are not testing their product
Their website is out of order since weeks, so I guess they closed their business.

Very disappointed ☹️ The phone doesn’t work. Impossible to join the customer service of smarter...

Awesome phone & excellent customer service 💯

The phone I ordered came with fast shipping, was exactly what I ordered but the phone did not work properly. The GPS location did not work at all and the phone kept saying no service. I have sent 10 emails about this problem and the website has been saying down for scheduled maintenance for almost 2 weeks and haven't once gotten a reply. Totally 100% unsatisfied with my purchase.

Phone did not work properly. Apple said the glass interface was probably defective and not reactive to touch as it should be. The phone was sold to me not in a workable condition. I had to get another one.

So far, so good, my daughter enjoying her phone now.

Got phone on time also just like Smarter said order would be .I will buy when I need my next phone

The phone did not work when I brought to the cellphone store. Not compatible with the US Cellular network. Hence the low rating. It would have been a 1 star rating except.....Smarter Phone issued me a full refund after I shipped the product back to them. So their customer service gets a 5 star rating for standing behind their product. On the whole, 3 stars. I am going to buy my next phone from the cell phone company.

Rapide delivery

Bought iPhone 7 and didn't work with network, went to the store and they couldn't get it to work. Sent it back and company received 11/26/2019 at 1:01pm. They have not refunded nor will they answer email and phone line does not answer. Probably out my money! DO NOT buy!

They do not assist me in any way. I have ordered a mobile phone with their website and the phone that arrived to me had a lot of problems. In three months none of them helped me.

Had I been given a 0 star option I would have used it. I've been waiting for over a month for a response to a question I had regarding a return I need to make. Now I can't find contact number I needed. It's been very unsatisfactory.

I sent my phone for refund, and I have no answer since 10 days, the site is down, I hope they still exists.
