Phone was broken/damaged when it came in. I was refunded but it was still more stress I didn’t need. Should have just bought a new phone which is what I ended up having to do anyway!

TOTAL SCAM! Broken phones that they wont refund
Sent me a broken phone, then told me that they would send me a refund within 7 days of receiving it. It has been a month now and I still haven't received a refund. Unfortunately, the day after I returned that phone, I bought another phone from them which was also broken and had to pay to return that too. After spending $800 on their broken phones and paying to return both of them, I STILL have not gotten a penny back. TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
