Very happy with my savings account. Easy to open online and clear instruction emails about re-investing my funds or transferring them to another account - which I did as the funds were needed for travel.

I have had my account for a few years now and very happy with the service I receive. Easy to open online and to access your records. Competitive rate of interest. SmartSave informed me when the fixed term was coming to an end with an option to renew. Highly recommeded

I found the experience of opening a fixed rate savings account secure, efficient and speedy. It was always easy to check the status of my savings and I received relevant information by email at the appropriate times in the process. At the end of the fixed term, all the options were made clear and easy.

SmartSave offered the best rate at the time. Obviously you need to shop around as rates change frequently. The process of saving with them (for a year-fixed rate) went smoothly.

Generally happy with smartsave. Have just reinvested for 2nd time. Was given plenty of notice that fixed term was ending and told my options. 1 star lost as most banks let you change maturity options up to the day before and as smartsave only permits 1 account - why?

Offered a service that I was looking g for at the time and easy to set up

All easy to use online. I invested for 2 years, I received an email reminding me the date my account would finish, which I was aware of. I would have reinvested for a 3rd year, but 4 days before finishing I tried to do this but received another email that it was too late. It would have been helpful to have provided a deadline date on the previous email, but otherwise all went well.

Really easy to save with SmartSave, good communications, good rate of interest,smooth transactions, website easy to use. All in all a postive way to save money. Shall be recommending to friends & family.

After a online text, I got a telephone number to call, my fund didn’t go through ( my fault) but the online people emailed my and informed me this, so I successfully done it again, thank fir there quick help

No problems opening a savings account. At maturity I got a couple of emails instructing me to make a choice which was straightforward, and the money was transferred a few days later. Simple.
