Excellent service and outstanding results

I received great service from Jake, and I’m genuinely impressed with the professional finish on my patio.

My 36‑year‑old concrete slab patio was heavily covered in black spot, algae and lichen, and looked extremely tired. I tried pressure‑washing with no success, so I contacted Smartseal and spoke with Jake.

He recommended Patio Cleaner Xtreme to remove the black spot, algae and lichen, and Smartseal Concrete Sealer to restore the original buff colour of the slabs. I applied it using the Professional Roller Kit (including scuttle) from Smartseal

I ordered all items directly through Jake and received them the next day.

After using the Smartseal products, my patio genuinely looks like new. Very pleased with both the products and the service.

We had a problem with our imprinted concrete drive the member of staff my son spoke to has been so helpful and the sample which arrived today seems to have done the trick. Great products and videos everything you need to know. Always delivered on time

From 1litre container to 5 litre container need a 2 or 3 litre container for in-between areas

How do I retain the wet look in the future?

Access to the website was easy, finding the item required was straightforward, placing an order online was simplicity itself; in later phoning to amend my order I found Reece in Sales to be most helpful, clear and accurate in dealing with the matter.

Ricky provided clear and concise information for our project and responded very quickly to any queries or changes we had. Delivery will be at the agreed date required which means we can start the project immediately. Great service all round and would recommend to all.

We had,James from G & E Exterior Cleaning who is the local agent for Smartseal , pressure wash and sand and seal our monoblock driveway. He,did a superb job from start to finish. So much so, that we also got him to clean all our plastic soffits, skateboards any gutters round the house we are delighted with the care he took, and thoroughly recommend him to any interested party.

I purchased the Smartseal imprinted concrete sealer, colour tint and anti slip additive. I also reviewed the application process to remind myself of the mixing and application technique. All went well with the application and the driveway and path to the house look great.
Good product that lasts well.
Only one small issue was that I had to chase up the delivery, but this was handled well by the team in Smartseal.

Tried the textured smart seal paint ivory glow. Really impressed with the coverage as I had to do some diy masonry repair and hopefully it will stop those cracks reappearing.

As a competent diyer I came across this company when a pattern impressed concrete driveway was installed many years ago and saw the installer products. After 10 years it needed reviving and with the excellent instructions and videos and seeing how good the product was first hand it was an obvious choice to call on them for what I needed. Recently a slate patio needed some tlc so decided on on sealing it and gave them a call and spoke to Ricky Kirwan who was knowledgeable and helped me decide on the product. It might be old fashioned but calling these guys is the way to do it. Great products, great service. Don’t bother wasting your time looking around, order from this company and get on and do it.
