The Cars are great but the reception could be better.

Excellent in every way! Extremely friendly customer service (our agent's name was "Me"). Perfect rental, no issues at all. We were very careful to sit on towels after the beach and brush off sand so the car would look nice upon return. The agent showed us how to download an offline map on our phone, and also gave us a paper map. He also recommended some good beaches. Great location right by the cruise port! HIGHLY recommended!

The service was great 👍🏻 it was efficient, and easy to deal with. I wish all car rentals were like this.

Car was very good, Check in / Check out very easy. Very convenient is the pick up and return directly at the Cruise Terminal. Clear recommendation.

Great Service

The customer service of the person who served us was terrible, due to a confusion with the full fuel of the car we asked her that she allowed to we go and top up the fuel but she threaten with not allowed us to out the baggage if not pay $30 (very, very expensive amount because the car only had pending a little fuel approx. $5), so we have MUST to pay due to comments of her, she did not listening and we feel uncomfortable and scared with the threaten of her.
Please teaching your personal of the good attention with the costumers.

Hotel Mangrove beach Sunday December 15th in the afternoon aprox 2pm.

They were very professional and helpful. We walked in from the cruise ship (1 min walk) and although we didn’t have a reservation they found us a car at a very reasonable price. The whole pick up and return process was made easy. If you are on a cruise you should use them!

Excellent customer service. New, clean cars, not too many formalities when renting or extending rental. Friendly employees.

Very quick and relaxed pickup and return, due to the pre-registration, so no waiting time etc.

In general car and everything else was satisfactory, but girl agent told me that "preferred cdw" actually did not cover anything! This gave me a headace before picking up car the day after making the contract. At that time I got correct info from other agent and issue was solved.
Also car return was very slow and inefficiant - had to wait 20 minutes while they checked the car.
All in all not a bad experience with friendly staff.

- Very good and clean car
- good communication via Whatsapp and E-mails. Due to late arrival better also inform customer a view days/week before that late arrival is not an issue.
- strange that car needs to be back at airport 18:00 while the car was picked up much later. Better between 18:00-19:00.
- strange also if whatsapp is send, that automatic reply whatsapp “office closed”, but anyhow quick response.
- pickup and return of car well informed via video
- strange that if car has some damage, no damage report is provided upfront. (Advice: provide upfront to avoid discussions later on)
I will rent again next time!

Convenient pick-up and dropoff location just a few hundred yards from our cruise ship. Friendly staff who gave good instructions about use of the car and return policy. Car was very clean and in great shape for four adults to do a self-tour of the island. Would rent again when in Curacao.

Smart wheels made it easy to rent online and the pickup and drop off location was at our hotel. We had a great day checking out the island of Curacao.

The vehicle was in excellent condition, spot clean and brand new. It was a great experience. I definitely recommend this company.

Quick, Flexibel, Great Service, Great cars

Nice people who helped us with delivery and show us the direction to our accomodation

It was easy to book the car, pick up the car and return the car, the car was new, comfortable.

Everything was great except for the drop-off experience. When we brought in the car keys, the young woman at the desk told us to wait as she had to check the car out. I understand that, but we waited honest to goodness for 25-30 minutes while she was away in the parking lot checking in all kinds of other renters who showed up after we did. When she finally got back to the office, I asked her if we were all set. Her reaction was somewhat surprising as she said something along the lines of "yeah, you're fine." She seemed to have forgotten that she asked us to wait for her to check out the car altogether and then made no apology at all for keeping us waiting for 25-plus minutes while she met other cars in the lot and checked them out long before coming back to us at the office.
