The contact was very good and quick organized and the car was nearly new. We have driven more than thousand km with a prefect airco over the island.

We booked our car through SmartWheels at the last minute thinking our other travel companions had already booked us a car. SmartWheels had a brand new Kia picanto for us despite the last minute booking and everything was great with the vehicle. No body damage or interior damage to note, modern infotainment system with apply CarPlay, and fantastic AC. The staff I talked to when picked by up the car were friendly and easy to work with. We stayed at the marriot wind creek for our first two days and Coral Estates for our final seven days and the vehicle served us well, making multiple trips to pick up our family from the airport, to Porto Mari, the national parks, aquarium and downtown on only one tank of gas. The vehicle had no issues with the roads at the national parks, the hills at coral estates, the potholes on the main highways or the speed humps all over the island. It was also exceptionally easy to park and maneuver on the European sized roads. I am used to renting cars through National in the US where I travel often and this experience was on par with that service. We absolutely would book through SmartWheels again.

Car was clean, didn’t take long to get. Need more signs for when passengers get off the ship to find you and also upon returning which way to drive in.

I knew that at the time I arrived to find a car I was late and was at risk to get a no. To my luck I guess a car came in after working hours and despite Dely was supposed to have left already, she stayed and assist me to rent the car. The car was in perfect condition and was super economic on the fuel.

Booking was pretty easy and the car did everything we needed. The car did alert that it was over due for service but that didn't affect us.

They have a nice fleet of very young Kia’s. We got an automatic Sonet with 1300 km on it with CarPlay and parking sensors. Just perfect to explore the island! I made a reservation online and 15 minutes later we drove away. See you next time!
