I just returned from having my teeth cleaned by a hygienist at Smile Hub Spitalfields, and it was an exceptional experience. The cleaning was so gentle that I almost drifted off to sleep in the chair a few times. Afterward, I felt completely relaxed, and my teeth have never felt so clean. It was like my teeth had been given a luxurious massage—truly sublime. Thank you so much!

Came in for check up as teeth were hurting. Dentist was thorough in his approach and he came up with a plan to future proof them as they aren’t in good shape. So far feel confident using this dentist. He was also recommended to me from a friend.

Very good service so far. Attentive staff and doctors. It is difficult to judge prices as this is my first experience of going to dentists in London.

I came in for an initial consultation and wasn’t really sure what I was looking for/needed, i just knew I wanted my teeth straightened out. Hena was amazing, I listened to her advice and went for the composite bonding to sort the gaps in between my teeth. No complaints at all, professional service throughout and incredibly happy with the final result. Would happily recommend Hena and SmileHub.

Run like a business, not like a healthcare provider. Felt very sales-y. Pay before you do anything.

My partner went here before and she was given a sales pitch and aggressively got invited to 3 hygiene appointments and follow ups. It was a really aggressive sales technique. Never have I heard of 3 hygiene appointments being required. Just trying to make money.

Also the location while convenient is really uninviting.

I visited in April 2024 with severe, debilitating, toothache. I made an emergency appointment online, and met with Hena at the SmileHub.

She was excellent in explaining the issue and relieving the immediate pain. She was very friendly and knew precisely what she was talking about (a credit to her profession).

Great hygienist appointment - Judy was very knowledgeable, explained everything she was doing in easy to understand terms and generally put me at ease. Also appreciated the tips she had for maintenance between appointments.

The reception helped me fast track my appointment because I needed an emergency Root Canal Treatment. Dr. James Fitton was not only proficient in fixing the issue but was also very kind throughout the treatment.

I had an emergency filling done at another clinic which left my gums bleeding and in tatters, I was in pain for weeks but thought this was just a fact of getting dental work done. I opted to have the replacement crown done at SmileHub and was astonished at how painless the process of filing my tooth down to prepare it for the crown was, and how little recovery time I needed - I had almost no pain in my gums following the procedure, despite it being nearly 2 hours long! I appreciated how Sarah kept me informed throughout the process (telling me what might hurt and when, and why she was doing what she was doing). I was also pleased with my separate hygiene appointment and how knowledgeable Judy was. All team members are friendly and welcoming and make it a very pleasant experience indeed. Would highly recommend this practice.

I had dental treatment with Dr Kushal Mehta and it was a great experience. He was very patient, attentive and made me feel very comfortable. Throughout the treatment explaining what would happen next. He spoke softly and calmly making me feel calm and his nurse was also just as polite and professional. The whole clinic was very welcoming, modern, clean and professional.
