Happy client

I'd recommend going to the clinic to get the scan done rather than the moulds at home. My initial sets didn't fit perfectly, a tad noticeable but they did do the job excellently. I couldn't be happier with the results. Mihaela was lovely to deal with and organised an extra set I needed. Definitely value for money.

Smile life is a dubious company

Smile life is a dubious company, I told them that I did not want to proceed with the treatment and the took my deposit !!! I have contact them few time but they haven't responded to me. I have report it to the competent office. Dental care is serious right from the start I knew I couldn't trust them. They send a thousand emails from accounts in Greece, Lithuania and other countries.

Smile life seems to be a dubious…

Smile life seems to be a dubious company, I asked them that I did not want to proceed with the treatment and my deposit should be refunded, but they haven't responded to me since I asked for it..They need to respond to me and return my deposit back...

Bad aftercare

Everything Was fine until I recieved my second aftercare retainer, which I felt had moved my front left tooth a bit forward thus not allowing me to fully close my mouth.

I email customer support to see if anything can be done even if i had to pay, they asked for photos which made me optimistic that it would get resolved.
After the customer service rep Maria recived my photos i was met with blunt and abrupt replies and was just dismissed as being my fault.
I was refered back to me ticking a box after my treatment which stated I was happy with the results however this is 2 years on and I have had no issues till now.

They did not even want to help which is the sad part. I have made an appointmet with my dentis to see if they can make a new retainer.

If you want Good aftercare this is not the place.

Happy with the results

It took me a while to get used of the aligners, they were uncomfortable at first. I had to trim them down quiet a bit. I think this is due to the first molding not been 100%. The team were very helpful . I had to go to the clinic at the end for a final fitting . My teeth look great . Thanks guys

From the beginning I could not have…

From the beginning I could not have been happier with the experience, everyone was helpful and answered all question I had and I've 2 more aligners for my top teeth and I'm finished my aligners for the bottom and my results match my 3d scan I was given at the beginning of the process , recommend this company to all my friends and family I've gotten so many compliments

Useless

Useless. Poor explanation regarding what is actually on offer. Very slow to reply. Had to chase up after waiting weeks after returning kit. Then they made some excuse about imprints not being adequate despite the fact that it was the second set and they were confirmed ok during the video consultation. Despite saying I did not want to "avail" of their "special offer" of money off for on the spot down payment they still tried to get it out of me over the call. Overall a complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend. Have discouraged friends and family members who were thinking of using this service. Extremely disappointing.

Our Support team has one of the fastest response times around with an email response in under 20 minutes. This is despite having potential, new, and existing customers across both the U.K. and Ireland contacting us. However, It is very disheartening to hear that you received a slow reply from us regardless and we sincerely apologize.

Regarding your impressions being inadequate. We do our best to ensure that customers receive the maximum support possible when receiving treatment remotely. However, video quality, level of light, as well as the simple fact that it is a video call rather than reality, can sometimes make it difficult for our team to judge the quality of an impression attempt.

What might look like a great impression on a video call, maybe inadequate when examined more closely in person.

For the special offer we made on the phone, we apologize for the persistence but we want our customers to spend as little money as possible and smile as much as possible. We accepted that you were not interested in the offer and left it at that.

Ordered smile life home kit and…

Ordered smile life home kit and received it two days later did the easy step by step guide to make moulds and sent it back to them great service highly recommend this company so far so good.

Almost a week after getting first…

Almost a week after getting first aligner and no issues , they were delivered v quickly and so far the service has been v good. I am v relieved I did not choose a much more expensive alternative for minor straightening issues. Would recommend

Impressed so far

Impressed so far. Aligners were a perfect fit based on a home consultation, the consultants are extremely nice. I've had some issues with the IPR tool breaking a few times, but when I order new ones they arrive the next day which is a big relief as it's an important part of the process. Looking forward to putting in my last aligner in December and seeing the final results.

Very well treated

Very well treated, i had 2 online appointments which was great,
Very fast processing and delivery of the kit

I’m using the aligners less than week and already can see my teeth moving

Amazing customer service. Aligners are comfortable and invisible.

Delivery is always super quick. Any questions I email in are answered almost instantly.

My braces were a little tight on day 1, but not painful. I didn't experience any speak changes such as a lisp.

Nobody has noticed my aligners until I pointed them out. They are practically invisible!

I am delighted with the service I have received so far from Smilelife. I am on day 5 of my treatment and loving every bit of it. I have already started recommending it to friends.

I'm very impressed so far

I'm very impressed so far, I've just started my treatment plan this week with my first set of aligners. I found staff very helpful because I'm a bit of a technophobe so typically had trouble with the app to start. I found the ipr tool daunting at first but the video & leaflet help alleviate any fears I had & I really feel it's working.

On day 5 on my aligned treatment, couldn’t be happier, the staff were lovely and patient and answered all my questions!! I felt very safe starting the smile life journey!! Very efficient and helpful be able to do from home also. Very fast shipping would highly recommended
