Where do I begin? My skin condition has not been diagnosed. All the GP can confirm is that it's not eczema or psoriasis. I was referred to a dermatologist as the GP could no longer help. In the meantime I was recommended this cream so bought some in December 2020. There was no delay in arrival. The rash on my elbows and knees started to disappear within a couple of uses. Great, I thought. I also have same problem on my face so used the cream on one side of my face.

I continued to use it on my knees to prevent further outbreaks. The face was taking a little longer to clear up so I ordered more cream in April 2021, as I knew it alleviated symptoms and I wanted some in stock in case the rash reappeared on my knees and elbows.

About a month or so ago I noticed that I had started to grow excessive hair on my face, on the side where the cream had been used. Strange, I thought, as this is a natural product. I checked my knees and elbows and the same was happening there. I do not have hairy legs, arms or face as I have had laser hair removal. Over winter I'm in jeans so don't really bother checking my legs. Plus I'm long sighted, hence the extra hairs on my body went unnoticed!

I decided to research this product. I found a web address and company name on the packaging. When I googled these I found some interesting results. I would suggest searching for Bangrui cream ingredients if you want to get an idea of what I found.

The only conclusion I could draw from this was that I was not using a natural product. The reason that the cream is so effective is because it is not natural and contains, in my opinion Prednisone amongst other steroids, which has caused the extra hair growth.

I have no idea of the level of steroids in this cream. I certainly believe it is not natural, as it has not been certified by any authority. The seller can list any ingredients on the website. I asked the seller to verify the ingredients with a certification document and they could not and are adamant that there are no steroids in this cream. They refused to refund my money for the recent order. I offered to return the items but no changing their mind. If anything they are quite rude. So total waste of time and money.

I would suggest that if anyone wants to use this cream they should research Bangrui and natural Chinese creams. Over the years many creams have been blacklisted as they have been found to contain steroids.

If you're happy using steroids then go for it, as it's likely it will work. If not, then steer well clear of this fake "natural" product.

Hello, I have always ordered, I have always received my packages, I am in France. I understand that there are people who this site is a scam, it is that we are unlucky and then have with their posts maybe who we have concerns. There are people who say the product is not good it's wrong I have psoriasis I put on my legs it's gone until today, for the treatment it you have to follow it to the end too. I have sent before and after photos to this site to prove that this product works.

This cream arrived promptly and worked absolute wonders on my son’s eczema. So much more gentle than steroid cream and only had to use for a couple of weeks and now just keep him well moisturised. Cannot recommend enough

It doesn't work for psariosis so don't believe the hype.

They are a bunch of scammers, I ordered my cream 9 months ago and absolutely nothing, they don’t respond to messages and when they do it’s a system generated response, I have requested a refund 20 times with no response. They are quick to take you money but after that nothing - BECAREFUL PEOPLE

Amazing product!
For me this works as well as hydrocortisone for my eczema, with none of the nasty side effects.

I've made multiple orders over several years with this company and had no negative issues at all in terms of receiving the product.

The bad reviews are very surprising because my experience has been the complete opposite.

I am writing this review from the NL. I have had multiple orders from them so far and all arrived as planned. It is a bit strange to read all the negative reviews, since I will order again and I suddenly encountered all this. The cream itself works wonders. I have been many times to a dermatologist that gave me aggressive liquid that did not help at all but it did give me a terrible side effect. It made me lost hair. Luckily I stopped on time and my wife found me this cream that is very well reviewed. At first I was sceptic, because I am sceptic with so called Chinese medicine. But this one actually works to my surprise and happiness. It has been terrible before so I was extremely relieved to finally found something that actually works. Thank you very much!

This cream is very very good. I used it on my face. Although I purchased it from a different site without any problems.

it's not a good cream at all it makes skin more sensitive ,your skin will look good while using it bt when u stop it's when it starts getting worse. Instead for me the game changer was Sesame oil my skin got repaired and healed.

Scam site , product never arrived and they said it was delivered .won't give a refund either , stay away

Cream is ok but it will not heal for good and you have to use every day for your rest of your life.When you stop using it psoriazis come back again.
For any one expect to receive the special offer if you order 2 times you can forget about receiving any offer because you will not receive anything. They miss to inform people for a reason of course...- 1 star....

I made an order in December, after not receiving my items I emailed customer support, they got back to me to explain my order had been delivered successfully!! I have not received my order and instead of trying to resolve the issue they keep telling me to track my items on the shipping’s companies website which is impossible to understand and less then helpful, they’ve refused to offer a refund or send out my order again. I’m less then happy with the service and I’ve now lost money

Product never arrived, they blocked me from customer support and deleted my last review. They've spent too much time to silence my responses rather than resolve my issue.

Amazing cream! Such a shame to read the reviews about not receiving, but great to see that no one (I didn't read them all obviously), is saying it doesn't work. This stuff is a life saver and I for one have thankfully not had any problems getting it. The price is incredible for what it does. Most of my patches of psorasis have gone for good, the ones that I used the cream on consistently every day for two weeks. I have a couple that I need to do that with, but overall I'd say it's a 95% improvement. Excellent stuff!

After my previous complaints at least I can confirm I eventually received my 3 items of skin cream ordered early May, albeit 7 and a half months later than ordered, and after much chasing and no responses!!!!. But at least in a very small way am satisfied have received at least something in return for money paid, but sadly as my skin condition couldnt wait such time I have had to make alternative arrangements to treat it with a much more reliable source so too little far too late I'm afraid to say. Be warned!!

Ordered foot cream. According to the tracker this has been sat in the UK since September. Have emailed several times and get told the same thing everytime. That there's a backlog and I need to be patient. Absolute joke of a company and now they won't refund me for goods I have not received

Products in delivery for 2 months, no reply from the support staff, refusing to refund me the money, altough 60 days delivery period is over.

Took a while to receive the cream, but for me, it was worth the wait. I've suffered from eczema most of my life. At some points I was literally covered in it. I have tried so many different creams, emolients, steroid ointment, UVB treatment, and even prescribed tablets to dumb down the reaction of the immune system. Nothing has worked even close to what this cream has managed in a really short time. This cream has honestly been life changing for me. Gets rid of the itch very quick, reduces redness dramatically and promotes skin healing. I have not experienced negative side effects. I appreciate you may have doubts and reservations but its worth a try if your life is blighted by eczema or psoriasis, like mine was.
