I don't know how I ever survived without this little tube of miracle cream. My hands were so bad with dermatitis that I could barely touch anything and the itch near drove me crazy. After applying the itch went almost immediately, within 5-7 days my hands were back to normal. I've suffered with my hands for years and had tried everything both prescribed and non prescribed, including ultra violet therapy, and heavy steroids topical creams and tablet form, nothing worked. It took ages to arrive in Australia but when it did.......wow, wow, wow is all I can say. The smiles and joys people were great to deal with.

I'm kind of hesitant to write a review for a cream which I have no idea what is in it (package is all in Chinese) however I must admit nothing clears up my psoriasis as quickly, after a couple of days flare up is gone. I'm yet to decide if it comes back worse. No problems with delivery I just wish I could find some more info on the product or company. But the cream does work!!

I had psoriasis from last 6 years. I was fed-up using different ointments,creams and many treatments. But nothing worked. Iwas very sad as I have to wear long sleeves in summers,its feels very awkward.So,one day I saw an advert on facebook,browsing n reading comments as well as the before and after pics of other suffers. I was motivated to give this cream a try. So, after using this cream around a month,My flakes started going and finally uts gone on my arms,back of ear, head,face..now my face has a smile because of this cream. Thank u team really appreciated you work..

I had been with eczema my whole life, and it was so frustrating the itchy skin at some point that I was sleeping, I scratched my skin and there came a time when I woke up with bloody arms and my body was so sore and since I found out through my friend it's over and I don't feel the itch anymore

Steer well clear of this company!! Despite my numerous complaints and being a first time customer have still not received my first multiple order, just ignored or dismissed time and time again. A classic case study of how not to look after customers!!!! Many others have previously said it's a scam, am now beginning to think it is too, even if they honour a few orders just to make it look legitimate!! Have been ignored for weeks now. Be very careful dealing with this organisation. They have no concept of customer service and what it means!!

Didn’t receive. Emailed several times. They’re insisting that their tracking says it’s delivered, but it hasn’t arrived, and as such they won’t do anything further.

Obviously won’t be using again!

After reading all the horrible reviews I was hesitant but with summer coming around and my psoriasis on my legs so bad I haven’t been able to wear shorts or skirts, I thought “to heck with it, if it comes it comes if not then I haven’t lost the world”.
I ordered it and got the confirmation email followed by the tracking number- of course the tracking number said “no information available” but I kept checking everyday. Waited about 2 weeks and BAM postie shows up with my package!
2 weeks is pretty good considering it came from overseas amidst this pandemic!
I couldn’t get the cream on quick enough and by the third day of 2-3 applications a day my skin has already improved so much! I’ve tried every steroid cream you can think of and nothing has ever worked so fast. Most steroid creams from the doctor only subside the itch but the skin is still tough and flaky. This cream smooths out the skin and makes it soft instantly!
I also used it on some pimples and the next day they were gone! No joke.
I keep telling my husband it’s a bloody miracle cream!
So... yes, the website is a hit and miss. But if you’re suffering from itchy skin and already gone as far as looking up this cream then you might as well try your luck! Best thing I’ve ever bought online.

I ordered on 31 July and received an email on 1 August with a tracking number that didn't exist. I waited till end September to email them. Auto replies. Escalated to PayPal and they have alleged that the item was lost in transit. I do not believe it as the tracking number was never active. Now they have sent a new email alleging they have raised a new order. This doesn't prove to me that they will be sending me the goods. Seems like they're just trying to get me to close the claim. Based on the other reviews, I'm not convinced I will receive anything.

My experience with this company? They have ripped £ 50 sterling off me. I have never got the delivery and after complaining to them i get an automated email stating that the goods have been delivered and signed for.I need to see proof of that,which they haven t provided with. They also did not refund me the my £ 50 sterling. And to be clear i have not agreed to appoint anyone on my behalf, or for them to leave the parcel outside my gate. Now that i checked the other reviews about them i know it is a scam. Mypoints for them are 0

A Tip for getting your product fast from this company: Place an order then immediately cancel it!! I placed an order then decided to cancel it 20mins later after I read some very worrying reviews. Their return policy states orders can be cancelled within 48hrs so shouldn't have been a problem. Eight hours later I received an email saying my order had been despatched. I emailed them again saying I had cancelled the order but they claimed not to have received my cancellation email. I told them to take my second email as notice of cancellation as it was still well within their 48hrs cancellation period but they said too late it had been despatched. Item arrived a few days later. A quick internet search suggests their cream is dangerous and unregulated so my advice is to not use the cream, and do not use the company as they rip off their customers and do not abide by their own policies.

Not sure why so many people have had issues with getting the cream but I ordered mine and it took about 4 weeks to get here which wasn't too bad. I did have to email them as the tracking number I had didn't show in the system but they emailed me back quickly with a new tracking number. So I can confirm it isn't a scam, not sure what countries people are having issues in but I'm in Australia and it took 4 weeks from order to receiving the product.

This product works. Obviously looks a bit sketchy with unreadable packaging, but it has made a huge difference to my psoriasis! It cleared up thick patches on my legs which steroids didn't help at all. Also rolled the dice and tried a little bit on a think patch I had on my eyelid, within a week it was gone. I am so impressed. Read some bad stuff about the ingredients but tbh I am just so glad to now have a product that really helps.. barring in mind nothing the GP prescribed me did anything. If you want your Psoriosis to go then this is the product for you.

Yeah, well I read the reviews at the beginning and thought might give it a miss.
Looked up site on internet through boredom during lockdown and decided to roll the dice and order some. 50 odd bucks worth so no great loss if indeed a scam, waiting waiting waiting...nothing. Emailed through a complaint...nothing. Was going to lodge a complaint with Paypal , purely a lockdown boredom issue but it looked like a drawn out process and I could.nt be bothered. Laughed it off called myself a stooge and continued scratching my ever annoying leg rash , it's been a 2 year relationship involving masses of mousturisers and apparent useless ointments. Boom, low & behold postie turns up with my delivery, ah what the heck, can't read instructions as there are no english words anywhere on this product, whack it on once in morning once at night. 2 weeks later rash is gone, nada, left the building...this stuff is amazing...order it wait for it and whack it on, if it doesn't turn up well hey tough...hang in there. I used the cream on my elbows for Psoriasis and it was very bad at the time and with in a week and a half it’s all gone , nothing else has ever worked .

Excellent cream! I have suffered with eczema for 18 years had countless doctors and hospital appointments over my skin which was terrible. I found this cream having no trust in it and it was the only things to GET RID of my skin condition. Couldn’t recommend this anymore

This is NOT A scam!!
I ordered mine in April and have sent e-mail twice asking them why it took so long, they got back to me the first time, but the second time, they didn't even ger back to me, but the cream finally arrives in late July...so pls be patient, it will arrive eventually!
btw, the cream is SO AMAZING! im a mum with 3 kids with eczema, been hving so much headache abt my kids' skin problem for yesrs, hv tried everything, but none of them work as good as this one. i cant believe that it took around 2 weeks to fix the skin problem that hv been annoying them for years, now kids can sleep much better than before. thanks heaps and heaps to the company that introduces the cream to the public!!

I ordered cream and unlike others, I did recieve something in the post... bloody lens cleaner set!!!! I don't even own a camera! So no use whatsoever to me, will never use this company again.

It's not a scam !
I ordered back in March and thought it was a scam as well, but just received today, so just be patient.
So far it works really good, but only been today.
Stay patient, obviously massive problems with shipping, which I think they need to address to reassure everyone :)
