ordered in April, still not yet delivered. they are keep on sending copy paste emails to every one. really disappointed!!

I ordered 3 tubes in may and just got them mid July. So you will require patience. After using it for less than a week now It has drastically reduced my eczema symptoms, Whereas steroids would work for a couple of days and then The symptoms would return with a vengeance. It has a cooling mentholated feel to it when you put it on The tubes are smaller than they look in the advert so may buy more next time.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Do not under any circumstances order online from this company. They just rob you’re money and the product doesn’t arrive (they keep telling you it will take just another couple of weeks then eventually blame the shipping carrier). I ordered the psoriasis cream in mid April after seeing it on Facebook. It was supposed to take between 2-4 weeks. I still didn’t receive it in early June and they told me it had arrived in the country but it was out of their hands to investigate why I hadn’t received it and told me to call around to different Post Offices to see if it had arrived. I asked for a refund as this was a ridiculous response and 4 weeks later there is still no refund or response from the ‘customer service team’. Don’t be fooled like I was!!

Ordered in March, it said it wud arrive in 2 weeks but only arrived today, had lost all hope of receiving it, so it's definitely not a scam as the comments suggest below, it is coming from China so expect huge delays, only first day using it so can't say it it's working or not but there is definitely a cooling effect off it

I ordered my cream in march it only came yesterday have only used it 3 times so far and already its helping so hoping it works.

Ordered cream from this so called company in April and delivery was 2-4 weeks due to covid19. Fast forward July (3 Months later) no order arrived. Tried to contact them and was fobbed off about shipping company. I took a case with Paypal to request a refund. Thankfully Paypal sorted this out. But i strongly believe this is a fake company set up to scam people. Please avoid at all costs.

Guys, Please..please DO NOt ORDER from this company as it's a SCAM, i ordered 2 tubes of Psoraisis Cream 2 months ago for my skin problem, till now I have not receive my purchase, I have kept asking about the cream and also asked for refund when I lost hope.
They have now even don't bother to respond to my email, money is not the issue but I want the cream but very disappointed to have met such a SCAM.
So..Guys..remembered don't even try your luck in ordering from them, you will never get your purchase and also your money will be gone as well. Please be careful.

Don't order from them. I did at the beginning of April, still no product and just generic responses blaming Covid 19. Refuse to return my money 😡

I made an order on 25th June and I still haven’t received any shipping information with my order, hopefully it will come this week. Not happy with their delivery standards 😔 very very disappointed as I ordered a cream for my eczema.

I ordered this cream in July after reading all the reviews on their Facebook page! It took longer to arrive than normal due to Covid 19. Communication was excellent and if you do a Facebook video review, they will send you 6 tubes free! I can honestly say this is not a scam!

I paid for 2 creams 2 months ago and
I have not had any answer or item yet .

Ordered and paid for cream Told arrived on 15th May. Over month later they say they cannot track even though they have tracking number. Told me to contact post office to see if delivered there. WHY WOULD IT AS THEY HAVE MY ADDRESS. Absolute scam'fraud. Trying for refund and not getting a response. Praying on people with pssoriasis to buy the cream. How many other people have experienced the same?
