So so so disappointed...
So so so disappointed... Very artificial flavour. This is not my first coffee bag from this company but after the change package, the flavoured coffee is just bad.

Ordered twice, didn’t show up
Ordered twice, both times order didn’t arrive. Will never order again. I paid a lot for shipping and didn’t get a refund. Shame as the coffee is pretty good.

I've reviewed your order status (ordered 7/9/20) and can confirm one order left on 8/9/20.
If you ordered twice you would have had to pay twice (or any order would be 'incomplete')
It left using your choice of postage: Royal Mail, 2nd Class, 'signed for' service at £3.25.
Checking the Tracking system which says it was delivered on 11/9/20 and we have copy of a signed delivery note in the name of 'Tindal'
Its also worth pointing out that 2nd class postage usually takes more than 2 working days which makes it unlikely your order could possibly have arrived before you posted a 1 star review.

Amazing coffee
I found this little gem -Hazelnut flavoured coffee (ground) while I was shopping in TKMaxx.The smell and the flavour is just amazing.Needless to say I was googling straight away to see if I can get it online and was not disappointed.Smith's coffee- you gained a customer for life.

Excellent website - so easy to use and payment easy to make. Good information regarding each of the available coffee types. I actually ordered beans for a French Press but realised beacuase I would rather gring them myself that whole beans would be better. I rang the contact number and they changed the order over the phone. Hats off to Smiths!!

The coffe is very good,atrocious wedbsite
The coffe is very good but the whole show is let down by an abysmal web site.
My wife has always ordered fruit 'tea's that contain pieces of fruit, rather than actual tea leaves.
However, it is not possible to select which of the offerings are of this type. Further very few, if any of the 'tea' offerings has any information to help.
Moreover, if you go 'back' from selecting something, you get a completely different list.

Found it more difficult to purchase online this time and when i phoned I couldn’t get through to anyone in Customer Services who knew how to help me. Coffee remains wonderful though and I look forward to receiving it.
