He is expertise on mortgage application for BNO Visa holder, he gave a wide range of options including 5% deposit while most lender request for 25% ! Richard did our mortgage. Could not be happier. He went above and beyond. So helpful even before the process started. A year before in fact. I don’t think the amount it cost us does diligence to the level of help we received from rich. I could not recommended him enough, we wouldn’t have got this house without him I’m sure.
