Luke helped us in every way possible to secure us a mortgage for our dream home. It has been incredibly challenging due to employement problems, but Luke was always at the end of the phone or available on WhatsApp to answer any questions and he kept us updated every step of the way. There is no doubt Luke had to work very hard for us, we really appreciate his hard work, it's been a long few months!

Outstanding service from start to finish. We had a complicated case with lots of ups and downs. At one point we even though about giving up and lost hope. Our broker Richard Neilson kept encouraging us and reassuring constantly and was always available for a chat or any queries we had. I contacted Smiths Financial Solutions because i was trying to purchase a retirement property and I had been turned down by my initial mortgage company due to the age restriction on the property. It turned out that the majority of mainstream lenders will not lend on any property with an age restriction.
Richard took down all my details and the property details and managed to find 2 lenders who would lend on a retirement property, he took care of all the paperwork to apply for the loan and liaised with me at every point.

Richard was my mortgage broker who was suggested by many others in a group for share to buy. He is efficient; got the DIP within a day and submitted my mortgage application shortly after that. My case was not very simple but he took the time to understand all the points. There was no follow-up questions by the lender on the documents that he submitted. He was always available to answer my questions and he worked extra miles to help me to get lower interest rate.
