Another order which hasn't arrived and…

Another order which hasn't arrived and no communication from Smoke Hut despite emails and messages sent.
If there is an issue with stock,delviery etc just inform the customer.
Will most probably be the last order i place witht his company, never had an issue until the last two orders, have always received goods next working day. Dont state next working day delivery if you cant fulfill orders, you've had my money long enough!

I think this company are absolutely…

I think this company are absolutely rubbish at what they deliver!
Unfortunately, the description FedEx 24hrs is none existent and Royal Mail are delivering the goods when they also decide to deliver!
I ordered last Friday and Saturday I’m still waiting!!!!
I think this is a trade description act in the making?
Frankly, for such poor quality of service I will not buy from this company again.

Disgusted

Ordered the products on 25.07.25. Still not recieved items 17.08.25. They not answered 3 email complaints or their website chats with the same issue of missing package. Not even worth 1 star. Very dismayed at paying out £100 for nothing and not a single reply.

I have been waiting since the 8th of July for my order. There have not been updates to say where the order is or why there has been a delay. Very disappointed. Have used you before and there have not been an issue. Would like to know when it will be delivered or for a refund. Will I use you again, probably not.
