Disappointing! Using them every two weeks normally…

Using them every two weeks normally last delivery was a bit delayed but I was like it’s happen for all of us, this time I’m waiting longer then a week for my next day delivery emailed them multiple times no response, communication is a 0 out of 10 ones I got the parcel just want to forget they exist and never order from them again

After all this I thought I give them another chance, and here we are they are on point again fast delivery, good price and good products! Please people remember everyone do mistakes and nobody is perfect, they still can improve on there communication but give them some time.

I ordered 10 elux vapes which cost…

I ordered 10 elux vapes which cost nearly £70 I was told they were dispatched on Tuesday next day now Friday and still nothing, I rang royal mail with tracking number and they said they are waiting for parcel but that has been like that for 3 days that is not next day delivery. I have messaged them multiple times and no response will be going to bank to get money back scam company.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for 10 vapes that I have paid for. Someone said on the chat feature over a week ago that they would look into it. No further response, no refund, no vapes. Placed 3 orders in a week for 3x10 pack . Checked on the message feature to see they had what I wanted. They verified this and order was placed . Recieved next day on all apart from the one placed over the weekend. Definitely reliable where my order was concerned. Plus used a discount code to make them cheaper. Free delivery too. Very happy .

Avoid!

Second Update… still heard nothing from Smokehut, no refund given and no ecigs have been received!

Update: it’s been 5 days since Smokehut replied to my review. And despite saying they will be in touch, we have still heard nothing from them.

My Mum ordered a box of 10 elux firerose ecigs in February at a cost of almost £80. The items never arrived. We contacted Smoke Hut numerous times. We had a few responses from them apologising and saying they would send them out. After a few times of them still not arriving, we asked for a full refund. Since then, we appear to have been blocked as we can no longer contact them. My Mum had ordered from them previously and not had a problem, albeit the delivery was quite slow despite stating it was next day delivery. I honestly would avoid this website at all cost. Absolutely disgusting, taking money from a disabled pensioner and not providing the products.

Quick at resolving issues and great products

Updated: had a call from a gent called Harry who was super helpful and very apologetic and explained there was a technical issue with their email address being incorrect on emails received, arranged for next day delivery which arrived today and even popped in an extra vape. Thank you.
I didn’t want to write this as ordered previously and had a great experience but this time I have not received my order & none of the emails are working. No other contact which is really frustrating and I ordered a week ago under the 24hr delivery.

Update- eventually had a call from Smokehut, after my initial review .
They were re-sending my order ( received 24 hours later & gave me a refund for the inconvenience which had been caused).
Accepted this as more than fair & agreed to update my review once I was happy.

As others have reviewed below, poor customer service.
Have not received my order & none of the emails are working. No other contact.
Advise not to purchase from them.

Legit and reliable

I've ordered a bunch of times from here now. I was a little apprehensive after I got ripped off by a different company but thankfully these guys are legit. I tend to get a mixed box of Firerose. I know people are moaning that the flavours sent are wrong sometimes but if you leave a contact number, they've always called me if there's been an issue with stock and let me pick different flavours. The customer service is good and dispatch has always been prompt. I've also never received a faulty one.

Only thing stopping it from being a 5* review is the stock issues not being displayed on the website. I think this could be resolved by texting customers with what you have available and waiting on a response before dispatching (I can answer calls at work but others may not be able to). And price, as currently other websites offer the same mixed box but for £10 less, I'm just not sure I wanna risk it for a tenner as I do trust this company now.
