Have made a couple of orders will definitely order from there again best prices quick delivery they made up my order with same flavours but a larger vape at no additional cost personally phoned me to let me no the problem and solved it fantastic

Bang on if you smoke these a lot, saved me some right money ordering in bulk and having the option to choose 10 different flavours rather than a box of all same. Will defo be ordering again! Rapid delivery too only ordered Tuesday and came first thing Friday morning! Nice one x

I did order a box of vapes almost a year ago, after a month I did contact these guys and they did blame the holidays of Christmas.
I did fall for this. After another month has passet I did contact them again, asking What is going on since I did pay for tracking on my parcel and they had ” sent it a different way so I could not trace it ” they told me they would re-fund me and that it is in process. Its been over 8 months and, last contact was 2 months ago.

I would not recommend this, Deal with caution.

Good overall, okay prices, polite staff. Sometimes if ordering mixed boxes they don't have everything you asked for but that is understandable due to the limitations of the ordering system. But they do always ring with alternatives if that happens. A solid 4 stars with room for improvement

Delivery quick and reliable. Flavour choice perfect. Even when one of the flavours I wanted was out of stock I got a phone call to confirm which other flavours I’d want. Highly recommend!

Do not buy from them!!! Ordered 10 flavors, only 1 came the right one, and rest were wrong. Putting wrong flavors and never answer !!!! Do not buy anything from these guys!!!!! Never answer emails, customer service is bad, no refunds. SCAM artists.

4/5 service. Literally would be 5/5 my only problem is they dont speed up any process of depatching your order i dont know if they are lacking staff or stock but they generate tracking for the item 3/4 days before the item is even despatched which is a pain as within the waiting time then i have to go and pay full price for vapes from shops. Everything else is amazing, get calls if a flavour is out of stock, replacement if any problems with stock. Im just genuinely getting tired of waking up each day trying to track my parcel because i have no vapes left and it saying were expecting it. If they could speed up the processing and despatching time, be the vest website for vapes.

Had a few orders now and everything is good, if they haven't got a flavour in stock they will ring you to ask what other flavour you want, fast delivery keep up the good work guys

I’ve had a few orders from SmokeHut. The very first order one of them didn’t work but they did replace I’ve just received a 10 pack and very pleased. They didn’t have the flavours I wanted and they actually phoned me up and told me what they had in stock. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys I will continue to use them. Well done Guys.

Great service and quick delivery, was called on same day as order made as they did not have the available stock to fulfill the order, but was given alternative options. Order was made Friday and recieved on Monday so cannot complain about delivery times. Thankyou

Made a few orders now with smoke Hut and all of them have been great with fast delivery. Another shout out to Assen in packing who called me to say one flavour was out of stock and ask what replacement I would like, also Iszac in customer service who always answers all my incessant questions :)
Tip: Leave your number when you check out, saves them time if an issue arises, they can contact you. But very happy and the prices are fab... I will be back :)

Been ordering from them for a few months now. The guy calls if they haven't got flavours you need which is great. No issues up to now with any being broken or not working. Very pleased and will continue ordering from them. Thankyou smoke hut

Ordered from smoke hut for a few months now, had a few problems at first as one was leaking and two were missing, when I contacted them they said the missing two were out of stock and they had tried to ring me, which I had had missed calls while in work and they sent out the three out with no problems. Just received my latest order and once again they contacted me to let me know one of them was out of stock so I could choose a different one before they sent my order out, ordered on the Monday with free delivery and received on Thursday. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Thanks
