Won't be using anymore!!!

Very slow delivery despite choosing next day. Did not receive what I order AGAIN, no communication to say the items I chose were out of stock, taking it upon themselves to send alternative flavours which I do not like. Won't be using smoke hut anymore, increasingly and constantly disappointing service

Great (most of the time)

This is such a great source MOST of the time, however a small letdown in the way they manage order processing.

Understandably items go out of stock, that's not a problem, however it appears there's a process breakdown when it comes to backordering/refunding in such a case. This is further exacerbated by the lack of customer support methods.

Disregarding this, it's a well stocked shop with plenty of choice and usually swift delivery.

I ordered five Hayati Pro Ultra vapes…

I ordered five Hayati Pro Ultra vapes (order #9326). Three were the correct flavors, but two were wrong. I contacted Smoke Hut UK via their website contact form about ten days ago, but haven't received a response. I followed up with an email to contact @ smokehutuk .com, and still no reply. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and won't be ordering from them again. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. Since they have my order number and emails, I don't plan on contacting them further if and when they reply to this review with their generic replies to contact them.

Advertising as next day delivery but never get it next day, put an order in Monday night and here we are on Friday afternoon and they still haven’t even put the order together let alone delivered it

Order not fulfilled

I have been a loyal customer for 2 years with orders monthly during that time. My last order was for a multi pack of 10 disposable vapes and despite delays over the festive period when the package arrived it only contained 5. I contacted them directly through their contact form and again via the email address. They claim to get back to you within 24-48 hours but I've heard nothing so far. I note others have had a similar experience which raises a major red flag. I have already submitted a photo of the package that arrived which should prove that the jiffy bag they used couldn't possibly contain 10 as it was full to bursting with 5. I'll be looking elsewhere going forward.

Really disappointed I was regular…

Really disappointed I was regular customer for nearly a year now and never had issue sometimes was delays ect but that was fine however I put order in on 7th and 11 days later still no order or even reply from any my emails messages ect want refund now as went elsewhere with my business. Will prob have contact my bank as it's clear I'm getting no response with messaging
