Bugged website, blames customer

I tried to buy on this website and after checkout I was forwarded back to the front page of the website.
I was never presented with a payment confirmation message, an order confirmation email or anything similar. Even my products were still in my cart.
Therefore, it was safe to assume that the payment failed.

However, a day later I was randomly presented with an email from them with the order confirmation and the code to the product. Obviously, I already bought the product elsewhere in the meanwhile, as safe to assume that the payment failed.

I contacted the customer service, which refused to offer a refund for the 15€ purchase, even though their malfunctioning website clearly caused the issue. Unfortunately, all Kimberley could repeat was that they won't offer a refund. They were not sorry for the caused situation, couldn't care about the customer at all, nor did they think about a possible solution. All she did was keep inventing new reason for why they wouldn't have to refund.
Also, each and every email of Kimberley had multiple typo's. This matches the bad working website, however. Match made in heaven.

In the meanwhile, I opened a case on the ODR and will be taking further action to prevent customers from placing orders on this website and to claim my money back. It cannot be that I am charged for a malfunctioning website on their end and insulting customers while doing so.

The fact that they stopped reacting to reviews in 2022 shows that they have taken a step in the wrong direction.

The webshop now flagged this review, as they said the review is harmful and against regulations.
If leaving a realistic and honest review is harmful or against regulations according to the webshop, then they misunderstood the concept of a review.

Update:
After their highly incompetent support team, who made tens of typo's per email, was unable to assist me, I forwarded this case to the ODR. Here they also refused to communicate. After 2 messages (full of typo's again), they just cut off the conversation there as well. Sad that after a company has a bugged website and the customer can prove this, the webshop still acts fully ignorant for a 15€ order and blames it all on the customer.
Unfortunately, taking this website to court is the only one to open their tightly shut eyes. I will not rest my case until justice is served.

Their customer support is rather a customer insult service with bad grammar. Stay away at any chance.

Scammers

Honestly , worst online purchase experience ever. Ordered online goods, cancelled after avfew days and no refund till this day. They ask even 10% refund fee...ok for me but still no refund so far.
They are giving every excuse in the handbook possible to keep your money. Do not fall into the trap of these scammers. Best regards.

By far the worst experience ever

By far the worst experience ever. They charge your credit card but don’t deliver. When asked to reimburse, they only reply in Dutch and ask for ID card plus further personal details. Reimbursement took me over a month and constant email chasing. A 10% cancellation fee was deducted from my money and to make it really unique - they blocked in the end my mail address (probably anticipating my happiness when seeing that only 90 EUR instead of 103,00 I paid was reimbursed).

Stay away from this looney farm, there are mich better competitors out there. Horrible experience!

If I could put NO stars it it were possible. I would i have NEVER bought anything from your company had I known that you would steal over $753 from me. I need it back so I have filed fraud charges!! Listen up everyone this company is a fraud big time they tap into your account somehow through Amazon or something and take your money. As well I was charged as many Foreign transaction fees for every purchase you all made on my card. So you owe me $753 that you took off my card in 2 days !

My credit card information was stolen and used on your site today, Aug 26, and Monday, Aug 24. I see from other reviews this has happened to others.
