Well made mask. Fits well. The fabric is a bit thicker than other masks I have so will wait and see how comfortable it is.

second purchase from smug. Chose nice plain colours to wear and they feel just as comfortable. My husband likes his smug mask best of all from all those that we have bought from other companies.
Prompt delivery and service.

Snug fit to the point where it feels like outside air is sealed out. Trendy and I don’t see others - thus far - wearing something similar (which I prefer).

Nice designs and material but the metal band that goes over your nose broke in the first wash.

The masks I ordered arrived within a few days. They fit well and the adjustment on the elastic ear loops is useful. They appear well made.
I found initially that they are slightly less easy to breath through than the disposable type masks but I soon got used to breathing slightly slower. The fit is so much better than a disposable mask. I feel that my glasses steam up less with this mask. I chose Smug as product produced in the UK to be washed and reused over an extended period and not shipped half way round the world to be used once or twice and discarded.

Disappointed. That I can't give you six stars!

The Smug face masks are so comfortable to wear, and never get sweaty.

Nice masks and I love the adjustable ear loops. I find the mask can get into my eyes sometimes as I have a small face. But otherwise they are great.

Great product, comfortable over long periods, easy to wash and maintain.

My order arrived almost by return,and was beautifully packed.
My Smugs were very well made and when I wore one it was really, really excellent, the best so far! It was comfortable, didn’t slip off my nose and I felt protected and safe. Thank you Smug.

These mask look great but mine broke (metal) within two months!! And they're not cheap.

Spoke to the Customer Service and it appeared they couldn't careless... Offered discount if I bought a new one!! Is that likely given the last one only lasted two months...

Would not buy these based on looks alone given how unreliable they are.

Nicely made but not working well for me. Like an earlier reviewer I have difficulty breathing in this mask as it sucks into my mouth and nostrils when I breath getting a build up of condensation inside the mask. As suggested in the reply to that earlier post I slackened the elastic but then get gapping which fogs my specs. As i need to wear it for lengthy periods at work this is not suitable for me but quite likely ok for most only needing occasional light use.

Very good, comfortable. I might get some more, for my husband. It would be nice to have some plain dark colours in the children's masks, for school wear (my granddaughter's school insists that there should be no patterns or words on the masks the pupils wear, very fussy).

Really simple to order and the fit is perfect for me and my wife using the adjustment toggles.

Will almost certainly get more masks from here in the future.
